Reviewed By yoshipro993This hotel is amazing. It had a big renovation when it was changed into a Best Western. The renovation was very much needed, it looked very bad before it got renovated, and it desperately needed one, and they got it down, and it’s now very nice. However, the only complaints i have about it is that there is no swimming pool, and if you want to host a meeting here, you won’t be able to as there is no meeting rooms. Overall, if you are looking for a good place to spend the night, this is a great place. Definitely will be here again.

Best things…close to freeway, close to our family, close to grocery store and liquor store (must buy wine at licensed liquor store in the state of MA). Plenty of free off street parking available. Downside, older hotel in needs of an update. Carpet in room threadbare in spots. Breakfast buffet $18 per person w/o tax is adequate, but not outstanding. That being said, the gal at the egg/omelette station on Tues June 7th was fantastic. We will stay here again, but would appreciate a hotel / room refresh.

Reviewed By beachlovernc2015We have stayed here several times but this is first since Covid became an issue. There was not a mask mandate - even for employees it seemed. All in all MA seems quite lax about enforcement which was a bit uncomfortable. Room was very comfortable with the exception of the mattresses - it is time for replacements there - very, very saggy. For the most part seemed quite clean and we had adequate towels. No daily cleaning which was fine- all we had to do was fill out a card when we wanted it done. They had their normal buffet breakfast which is usually quite tasty. The only issue was kitchen worker was not really "on top" of things and some food that should have been was not hot. That was a bit disappointing. Last time we stayed, the breakfast was outstanding as was the staff. We would however, stay here again as we have always felt it was a very good value.

Pros —is in Milford and conveniently located if you need to stay in town —friendly staff —self-serve options —provides alcohol wipes and hotel info sheet upon checkin Cons —rooms and bathroom were definitely worn —toilet barely flushed —room windows were so dirty could barely see through them —balcony with sliding doors but no access —TV in the room didn’t work Overall, we should have adjusted our expectations to be more in line with a holiday inn, motel like experience.

Stay away, Stay Very Far Away!
Reviewed By Brett FI had a confirmed reservation for 1 night and used mobile check in 1 day prior to arrival. You would think that all waas good as I was "checked in" prior to even getting on an airplane. But, sadly, that answer is not good. I arrived at the hotel to get myroom key and I was told there was no roomn at the Inn for me? Okay, something happened, no problem. I am Ambassador with Mariott and the property will honor their responsibilities as a Marriott property. For Ambassador this means they will find, and pay, for a room with another property. Not only did that not happen they refused to acknoweldge their responsibility and left me hanging with no place to stay. Remember, I had already checked in!! So I find a room at another property and pay $213 for my 1 night stay. Now it get really good (sic). Not only did the property deny my my checked in room, they charged me for the rom I did not get!!! I see the charge and reach out to the property describingmy situation and asking for the charge to be reversed. The answer (this is really pretty sad), becuase I "checked in" I was repsonsible for paying for the room I did not get? I reviewed their repsonsiblities for an Ambassador level member with Marriott Bonvoy and they tell me they do not participate and I am out of luck? Over the next week I asked repeatedly for the property manager to cal me so we can ge this issue resolved , to no avail. After a week i reach out to Marriott for help and they are also ignored by the property. Finally, after 2 weeks, I see the room charge reversed. Now the Bonvoy folks are working to have the property make good on their repsonsiblities, in other words cover the cost for the room I had to secure when I was turned away. I am told that I will receive a $100 Marriot gift card and 90,000 points. Really, I am out $213 for a room and they want to give me more points (I have almost 1.6million points aleady) but okay, I will accept the offer. Oh, apparently the offer was not real, just lip service to the Bonvoy folks. It is now almost 1 month late and the Fairfield management folks refuse to reach out ot my, fail to repsond to the Bonvoy folks, make an offer that they refuse to make good? Who are these people? I have spent enough money and stayed enough nights to earn a privilege that does not exist. I have learned my lesson and understand that alleged benefits for brand loayalty do not exist. TIme to talk with the folks at Hyatt!

Reviewed By Marianne DThis place is amazing! It’s changed to the Comfort Inn. The staff was so helpful, nice and provided such great hospitality! We had booked 14 rooms and they were all clean and nice! Their hospitality went above and beyond, even telling us tips about making sure we got the best waffles (which by the way, great waffles!) I definitely would recommend!
