Reviewed By Canaldo01Wow ... what a find. Our plans changed due to Covid restrictions and we are so glad they did. Jean Michel and his team run a beautiful hotel, very friendly and I would recommend to anyone. The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathrooms with the heated floors are great. We had mountain view rooms which really added the extra element of the Alps feeling to our stay. The resultant and bar and first class. The steaks are to die for ... one of the best steak meals I've (and the whole group agreed) that we have had. We had to go back for a second night it was that good. All in all an amazing few days helped by having amazing accommodation.

Reviewed By phileas10106L'accueil est excellent et les chambres propres et convenables. L'espace cuisine est bien agencé avec un bar américain. L'espace lounge est cosy et vivant. Seul bémol, il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner proposé le matin durant mon séjour. Le rapport qualité-prix reste décent. A essayer!

All of the team really do wish to make your experience unforgettable. The food provision is superb and it really is a pleasure to spend time there in such a wonderful location with the excellent skiing that is available. The music night was also superb. We cannot speak highly enough of Adam and his team at Mountain Lodge and will certainly be back again in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday. Max and team.

Great skiing weekend Portes du Soleil with family
Reviewed By JoBe032018We stayed over the weekend for skiing at Portes du Soleil. As family we took a 4 bed room including bath room. We knew Le Marcheuson since about 20 years and were glad to see the very positive development: everything very clean and nicely arranged, enough dry space for wet ski boots, helmets etc.. The food in the evening was very good (salad, tartiflette, a great lemon curd cake). All in all we have been very satisfied. The team was really very friendly, took care about some specific food wishes, took our luggage to the room (as we had already put on our ski boots). The location of the chalet is great - especially for skiers/boarders, being in the ski area, but still easily reachable (just one chair lift from Les Crosets). The price, considering the package dinner-night-breakfast, was absolutely OK. We definitely can recommend Le Marcheuson and plan to come back next winter.

Great location to learn skiing
Reviewed By Patrick IWe chose this resort because the Swiss Ski School is right there -- no need to drive! There are a number of restaurants on the resort property, a grocery store and a sport goods store. The studio that we booked was good. We did bring our own pillows -- that was a great tip from someone on TripAdvisor! The unit was rathe clean with the exception of dusty floors. Bathroom was extremely clean with great water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to book it again!

New Year in Les Crosets
Reviewed By 934marnixwWe had a great time at the Chalet, Jean Mark, Flavius and Jennifer were lovely hosts. We had a lovely fresh continental breakfast in the morning. Flavius and Jennifer cooked a really tasty dinner which was great value for money. You can order drinks as well. It is truly ski-in ski-out with the lifts being only about 50 yards away. The bedrooms are basic but clean and well kitted out. If you need anything, you can ask and if they can help they will. Because of COVID, no proper apres ski, but that is not Jean Mark and Flavius fault. We had a wonderful new year, made all the better due to their hosting. Thanks very much!

Reviewed By suparapluA nice place to go with kids to see the animals, a beautiful view on the Dents du Midi, very friendly service, nice to see the staff remains loyal. But the food could be better. Guess this is a good place for amateurs of röstis, but not for salads neither for quiche.

Excellent location, basic no frills
Reviewed By premierneigeThis is a good value but basic hotel in a fantastic location. Our "rooms" were actually an apartment in the bowels of the hotel. Whilst the apartment was clean and new, we had serious concerns about fire safety and the appropriateness of letting these apartments to holiday makers. The manager of the hotel and his staff were all fantastic, great service and smiles all around. We had benches etc set up in the garage out the back of the hotel to service skis, plenty of space there. Beware of the internet - the hotel is really well connected with wifi throughout, but many Mac users had problems getting online.
