The room was large, the beds very comfortable, the breakfast quite pleasing, cost was very reasonable, and the hotel clerk was the topping to make the stay the best. We want to say a special thank you to Rhonda. Besides the hotel being first rate, Rhonda made the stay perfect. She knew how to make us feel welcomed, appreciated as customers but at the same time gave us a warm feeling of friendship. We appreciate Rhonda.

Reviewed By scrappy0711Friendly and courteous staff, very knowledgeable about the area. Different and unique hot breakfasts served daily with a wide variety of fruit, waffles, breads, muffins and pastries. The cleanliness of this location surpassed the cleanliness of the city.

Reviewed By Kathy MThe cleanliness and working condition of the hotel room left much to be desired. The bathroom floor was sticky and smelled like dirty mop water. There was hair around the shower and trash on the floor under the sink. Two lights in the room did not work. There was a Fitbit watch left on the floor between the bed and side table and dirt on the other side of the bed. There was no coffee in the lobby in the evening. Many Soldiers, Veterans and their families use this hotel. It’s a shame it’s not better taken care of.

Reviewed By TerryOmahaIf you make a reservation and need to change the date to a later. day, this hotel will not let you change the date without forfeiting your money. We found out this morning when we had to change the date from tonight to one week from now because the event we were going to attend in KC was changed. ALL money charged to credit card gone! Needless to say, we will never be back.

Reviewed By CalmjohnAn old friend called and said that he would be visiting for a couple of days and had prebooked this hotel. Much against my better judgement I picked him up at the airport and brought him to this 'hotel'. The exterior of the establishment was dirty with papers soda cans, etc.,the office was by no means inviting, the stairway rails needed a good cleaning and the room reminded me of something out a cheap 'B' movie. I requested my friend to stay with me. He canceled his reservation, paying for one day and left.
