Stayed here 2 nights for a Truman graduation, a short drive up the street. Our room was large and well appointed, with microwave, Keurig and fridge. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bath was large with a nice shower. Breakfast was good, with a number of choices. It’s also very close to Colton’s. We highly recommend.

Pool needs rules enforced- dangerous

Reviewed By Kristism78

Very clean and comfortable. I booked here with the expectation of being able to let my daughters use the pool. There were a large group of unruly and obnoxious kids who were unsupervised, the youngest two were around 3-4 years old. They older kids were jumping on top of my girls in the pool and were out of control. You could hear them screaming all the way to the front desk. I expressed my feelings at the desk and all they said was they’d look into it but walked in the opposite direction. We attempted twice to use the pool but had the same results. Not good management skills. Also the tile is smooth and slick around the pool. Should have some sort of texture to it for safety. Over all the management blew off my concerns and wasn’t apologetic for anything or try to resolve it.

Filthy, discusting, gross. Staff doesn't really seem to care

Reviewed By L4922JVjenniferr

The bath towels that were haning up in the room had large yellow and brown stains on them. I told the front desk, and they didn't do anythig about it. Said she would send a picture to her manager of the towels. but that was it. Said she couldn't even give me a partial refund because I made a reservaition online using the hotel website. When I first checked-in, I waited over 15 min for someone to arrive at the front desk. Someone who worked at the hotel walked by and said that the guy at the front desk had to go upstairs, but didn't seem to care. There was a sign at the desk to call a phone number if you needed help, but no one answered and it just rang the phone at the desk. When the guy did arrive to check me in, I was like an inconvenience to him. Most all of the lights in the main lobby were off. The hallway to my room smelled like weed. It reminded me of the Bates Hotel from Psycho. The room was as clean as a port-a-potty or bus station bathroom. The room had furniture and bedding in it from the 1980's. And of course, none of the employees really cared or tried to make my stay enjoyable. I paid $90 a night ffor this? Next time, I would rather sleep in my car or gutter.

Properly needs a lot of work...repairs

Properly needs a lot of work...modernizing, repairs and maintenance. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Beds weren't very comfortable and the AC was noisy. The proty has potential but requires significant investment to bring on par with competitors. We cannot recommend. We would only stay here again in a pinch.

On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly. On the minus side, the AC didn't work (we didn't realize this until we got back at 11 p.m.) and the remote/TV wouldn't work. The desk person came and gave us a different remote, but we could only get one channel to work.
