Checkin went fast and easy. Pool is easily accessible. Room was new and nice. Bathroom was better than expected for a mid-range hotel. Location was convenient right off the I-15. Morning breakfast was hot and plentiful. Guests have many choices. Would highly recommend this property. Only cons : we had a barking dog next door and doors auto close by slamming. Wakes you up early.

DO NOT STAY HERE.... YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!! where do I begin, I had booked through Priceline and I booked for 6 nights and here is how it all began. I came in late so I was not able to see things to clear but I've noticed some stains on the bed and on the pillows, so the next morning I've found the house keeper and asked her to please change the pillows and change the bed due to the stains on it (poop Stains). I came back and nothing was changed, I called front desk and no-one came to do anything about it, as I tried to take a shower that night, I've noticed that the the towels had a fault smell to them and they had yellow stains all over ( no I didn't use them) I called the front desk again and nothing happened. I went to my friends hotel and I pass the night there so no need to argue with the front desk at that point( its midnight now). I came back the next day and I flipped on the front desk that I at that point I've been there 3 days and they had not changed or clean the room, so the kid working behind the desk came up and tried to help me but some idiot name Rash came up behind him and in his native Indian tongue told the kid to go pretend to find a room but to come back and tell me that they were no rooms available to simply do it to make me shut up. when I told him that I understood what he had said and done with the helper he became a complete idiot and started yelling at me and closing his fist and pretending as if he was going to hit me and told me flat out that he didn't give a F.... if he had to beat my A.. so he he told me that he was not going to clean or do SH... for me and that I need it to get that F... out of his hotel and he threw me out of the hotel, picked up my bags and threw them in the hallway.. i left because I didn't want to het arrested. so if you want your life threaten, Bags thrown just because you want what you paid for,(clean towels and a clean bed? than you need to stay away or you will get your as.. kicked and pushed on to the streets. how can this people stay in business? I really don't know. i will cancel my credit card as this is not the way to treat a paying client

Great stay but wasn't greeted or welcomed at all!

Reviewed By domnez1989

I was looking forward to staying with with the hotel. Being a manager at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Washington State. I was excited to check-in being on the road all day. I checked in and I wasn't greeted at all and being a loyalty member of the rewards program. That honestly hurt. The lady at the front desk didn't really have a clue what she was doing? All she did was give the room keys and didn't tell me where my rooms were located, didn't tell me what time breakfast is. She wasn't helpful. When I got to the room there was urine on the toilet I immediately let front desk know they moved me to a different room. I am sorry to say but I felt really bummed. When I went to the room my excitement went away. I would give it a 3 star because breakfast attendant was helpful she greeted me the morning of and the front desk ladies in the front. I would love to come back again hopefully this time it will be better. Thank you

Dirty and Lame

Reviewed By joancL1112BV

*We recently stayed here for 10 days. Once we checked in we waited nearly half an hour for a luggage cart. We were the only people in the lobby that entire time. I inquired with the manager, who was at the front desk, and she offered to bring in our luggage for us and stated that other guests were using the luggage carts. There was a cart in the hallway being used by a maintenance man and after a half hour I asked if we could use that one, since it had sat unattended during our entire wait. First red flag. *They charge $10 per day for parking. The parking fee was a surprise to us on check-in, as it wasn't clear when we booked online. The location is along a freeway, which we heard clearly 24/7 from our room overlooking the freeway. The hotel is located at the edge of new development, next to an undeveloped field and a huge apartment complex. The closest thing in walking distance is a Maverick service station about a mile away. This is the first ever suburban lodging in which we have stayed where they charged us for parking. Second red flag. And third and fourth. *The walls and carpet in the hallways have stains on them. The interior of the elevator was dirty, throughout our stay litter in the common areas was common. The workout room was relatively clean. The pool had litter around it every day we were there. *Our room also had stains on the walls and furniture. We debated about whether there had been a paintball fight in the room due to the neon green paint or a murder due to the dark smeared smudges high on the wall above the kitchen area. The carpet in our room was stained. *On one of the days of our 10 day stay we requested housekeeping, specifically asking for clean linens. Their policy clearly states that housekeeping is available upon request. When we returned in the evening the room was still dirty and they had made up the bed with the dirty sheets on it. A call to the front desk resulted in an offer to bring up clean sheets for us that I could put on the bed. Lame. I said I had hoped that the housekeepers would do that, which is why we had requested the service the day before. Honestly, for the amount of money we paid per night being told to change our own sheets was a bit much. Was told the manager of housekeeping would be up immediately and we should step out of the room for 20 minutes. Apparently "immediately" means different things to different people. After waiting in the hall the housekeeping manager showed up, surly and unhappy. Unpleasant encounter. Housekeeping staff in generally seems to be short staffed and poorly trained. *Internet. Well, don't rely on having it. Both my partner and myself experienced technical difficulties every single time we tried to connect to the internet, On the occasions when we were successful, the internet was painfully slow. Our one attempt at a video call was cut off multiple times before we gave up. *Noisy. We were able to hear the kids running up and down the hallways both on our floor and the floors above and below us. *One bright star is Zach, who works at the front desk. He was helpful and professional, competent and efficient. He was the ONLY staff person wearing a mask during Utah county's huge spike in COVID cases. We chose this location due to having business in Draper. It was a poor choice.

Avoid! You’ll thank me later!

Reviewed By WearyTraveler1121

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Not family friendly! Unsafe! Room had garbage left on it from previous occupants. Appears you’re able to drink alcohol, vape marijuana, and blast profanity laced music in the swimming area all the while diving into the pool where little children are. Inform management and they say ok we will tell someone. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Make sure do not allow your children to walk or quietly play a card game in your room because you’ll get a noise complaint called on you! We were all in bed and got a knock on the door at 8:30pm that the room downstairs was comping of noise. How is that possible!!! Then the manager threatened to call the police if they had another complaint. How are we supposed to prevent another complaint when we were in bed and not making noise to begin with!? We felt very uncomfortable and left! Definitely not up to the standards of other Marriott hotels. Do NOT STAY HERE!
