We stopped here for breakfast as we were looking for a new diner to try. The food was average, nothing spectacular. The wait staff was pleasant, however service was extremely slow.

Our family had a great time and will go back. I recommend getting a BBQ sampler tray (pulled pork and beef brisket were our favorites). Our BBQ was good and very reasonably priced - portions were large. Our daughterâs kids meal was huge and less than $5 - including a sundae dessert. Our waitress, Shenley, and the other wait staff were attentive and friendly - especially with our three year old. Right on Lake Erie, you canât beat the view. We enjoyed a spectacular sunset on the beach after dinner. My one suggestion would be for management to add more than one BBQ sauce and add some dry spices/hot sauces for guests to use at the table or a bar station. This would allow guests to add as much or as little flavor as they want (and itâs fun to try different sauces/spice combos).

I've never had a bad meal here, usually picking one of the specials (e.g. potato pancakes). This visit I picked their "big" breakfast: 3 eggs, home fries, bacon, ham, sausage and toast. I seldom have trouble finishing a breakfast but I should have taken the big ham slice "to go". Service is quick and friendly. Prices are friendly too. They may have the smallest bathrooms ever, but they are clean and functional. A nice spot either before or after antique shopping in Westfield.

I have eaten here many times. It is a family run place, nothing fancy, but excellent food. Our usual is the torpedo sub and a balsamic chicken salad. Their bread is so good, and the dressing very flavorful. The location is nice, no alcohol, no TV, no music. Go for good food, ambiance is lacking. Owners are hard working and very nice people. Their pizza is also a good bet. Good crust and nice flavor on the sauce. You will be full.

I've recently been visiting Westfield on business, and had an early dinner at Larry's. (One of the few places open on a Tuesday evening in winter.) Definitely a popular spot with the locals, but I was made welcome and had good service. Nothing fancy -- just a solid old streetfront pub. Good hamburgers, full bar, reasonable prices.

We ate 2 days in a row for lunch at Jack's Drive In after spending the morning looking for treasures along Barcelona Beach. This little restaurant has a few tables inside as well as counter service and a nice outside deck area to eat. They make a awesome BLT and my husband loved their burgers. Servers are extremely friendly too. Easy access to the beach.

Arrived slightly early for our 6 PM reservation & were seated immediately. Quaint, rustic interior, acceptable noise level where conversation was possible. Friendly attentive service, hot, delicious homemade French onion soup, perfectly cooked pork chops, salmon & scallops.Homemade banana cream & mixed berry pie were superb. Would make the trip again to visit the various wineries & definitely conclude the day here with dinner.

So we're aimlessly driving around Westfield for an early lunch before heading to Chautauqua Institute and happened Parkview. Yay! Open at 11AM! Then to top that the menu was diverse and the fresh sides were impossible to choose from. I'm a Turkey Reuben snob and this one was delicious accompanied with cream cucumbers which are my old fashioned favorite summer veggie. As if that wasn't enough the almond joy chocolate cake was so perfect (chocolate not too dark, not too light, perfect amount of coconut with a not too sweet buttercream chocolate icing) that we got a piece to take home. We also took out a piece of the lemon cake but haven't tried it yet so can't comment but my culinary instincts say I'll have no regrets! Great chatting with the owner who with his partner, clearly loves delivering a quality experience. I may have to go back tomorrow! (Oh, and it's a home brewed iced tea.)
