Asagao Sushi

We decided to go here for a quick lunch. We ordered the sashimi deluxe and a special roll. We had twenty pieces of delicious, super fresh, sashimi with very generous portions and the roll was huge! It is now our go to place for sushi near our home.

Dai Sushi Restauant

Fab-glam serendipity. Never heard of Dai Sushi—on road trip from VT. Referred by Siri, resulting from sushi hunger-pangs. Exceedingly (and pleasantly) surprised in Pleasantville! Place was packed—squeezed into the sushi bar. Ordered yellowtail and scallion, sake (and sake!), uni and nato. All succulent and super fresh (with notable presentation). The order was rapid with smiles from all four sushi chefs—and the wait staff. And the price was right! Will definitely be back on our next road-trip via the Saw Mill.

An odd setup with multiple stations as you would find in a college cafeteria. The taco station guy said the kitchen would make the decent but uninspired duck tacos and to go stand near there. A while later a different guy walked around the place trying to find the person who ordered the duck taco. Also oddly, there seemed to be a 2-for-1 staff to seat ratio (if you don't count the barstools). Our party decided they needed a Walmart greeter to direct patrons as they came in.I am sorry it was so confusing for you. Was this a busy night? Iam not sure what you mean by 2 for 1 staff to seat ratio, maybe you came during a slow time? We are a food hall concept and it can be confusing to first time customers. The concept has been working well for the last two years and people usually rave about our food, we take a lot of pride in what we do. We usually get good reviews on our duck tacos, I look into it. Next time you are in please ask for me, I was away on vacation last week.Isi

The desserts are creative and absolutely fabulous. Every detail in the fine desserts are carefully overseen, even the packaging! If you need a special dessert for a party or special occassion, call Jiki and reserve your dessert. They have amazing artful desserts. The sushi and entrees are good, the prices a good value. We are grateful to have glueten free desserts here as well!

Hard to find a Sushi place in the Hudson Valley that does not disappoint. Samurai Sushi is the hidden gem we searched for years. Nice and clean, excellent service and outstanding sushi quality, moderately priced. Don't be fooled by the hibachi grill, these guys are truly making nice sushi.

Yama Fuji Sushi

Reviewed By Mark S

I've been going here for years. And the quality is always great. I am not a "Sushi aficionado" at at, but my wife and daughters are. And they say... it really is the best around... by far. They also have a full menu for those who are NOT sushi eaters. So, this is a high recommend for those who like very good sushi.
