Reviewed By Storyteller315100The staff really make this hotel. We were a family group of 5. Our request to have 2 rooms together with a sea view were accommodated. We had one vegan guest and the staff never lost sight of this. The room sizes are excellent. The buffet was varied and fresh. The daily room service was faultless. It would be helpful to replenish the water within the mini fridges every day. Would defintiely return

Reviewed By Z4428GFashleypHad the best stay at the hotel. Had a pool view balcony, the staff were fantastic and provided a high standard of customer service. The pool lifeguard has such a caring, positive attitude to all customers and goes above and beyond. The food at breakfast was such a good variety and tasted really nice. I'd definitely stay here again the location to the main beach and restaurant's were 5 minute walk away. Absolutely loved every minute

Reviewed By sand036As part of the Intercorp Group of hotels this facility is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Situated in a nice location close to the local beach with a number of nice restaurants close by. Would recommend a visit to the True Eat and Drink restaurant for good well priced food and fridndly service. Only issue we had was that our room was located on the top floor and with no lift available struggled to lug suitcases up three flights of winding stairs. You do also have access to the facilities at the Can Scalia hotel (formerly Marina Palace) which is within walking distance along the beach front towards the town.

Personal profesional y preparado. Mención especial para Desi Burgos y Maria Somolinos del equipo de Butler por su disponibilidad y atención al detalle explicando a la perfección cada parte del hotel y de mi habitación, una hermosa deluxe con una vista impresionante al atardecer. Gracias también a Javi Domínguez por la bienvenida y por ofrecerme el servicio de parking y por último pero no menos importante un agradecimiento a Josep Escandell, que gestiona la recepción de una manera inmejorable.

Reviewed By nevh2001Cracking little hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful , giving us local information, maps and bus times etc. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Very close to San Antonio too so not only are you in the bay but you are close to the party action as well

Good stay
Reviewed By Neil1508I stayed for four nights and really enjoyed my stay. Clean and basic. I would definitely stay again-my only criticism is that there is no kettle in the room which I mentioned when checking out. The lady on reception agreed with my comment so fingers crossed for next time.
