Went to dinner here this past Saturday night. The food was solid as usual, but hadn't been here in awhile and when I asked for the wine menu, we were told that they hadn't gotten their liquor license renewed for 2019 while they tried to re-work their lease. The server also told us that sadly they also learned only that day that they couldn't get that worked out so the business is closing permanently in mid February. Sad to see it go..Hi there,Luckily we are not going out of business and have been serving our guests! Our liquor license is back in action as well, and we hope to see you again soon! Thank you for your review!

My husband and I are watching our carbs, and Johnny’s makes it simple. We had dinner there last night and it was so good. They have what they call a dough less slice. You can choose whatever pizza you like and they make it in a casserole dish without the crust. We had the Johnny’s Deluxe with a salad and unsweetened tea. It was so good and filling without the added carbs. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Johnny’s for the low carb option. And THANK YOU for your patronage and positive feedback! We're so glad that we can accommodate your menu needs with our lo-carb options and look forward to having you back for more of the same soon. Thanks again! Stevi B's Pizza Buffet

Reviewed By teemoore92

As much as I love Stevi B's and their pizza, that will soon change due to a recent visit to the Hiram location. I visited this particular location on Sunday the 25th (of January) around 11am. (a few hours before the lunch rush) ready to dig in to some hot and fresh pizza. I get there, paid and got two plates full of pizza and a bread sticks. I also got some marinara sauce for dipping. My guest and I sit down and proceed to start our meal. First bite of White Cheese pizza was barely room temperature. The handful of slices I had were the same way. Then I went on to the cheese pizza (plain). THE SAME WAY. It was NOT hot nor warm, it was barely room temperature. I couldn't even finish my bread stick because it was not fresh and the marinara sauce was COOL. Not warm, not room temperature, it was cool to the touch. Slightly disgusted, I decided to try the dessert pizza. You guessed it, it was room temperature ( as in when you touch it, you cannot feel any sign of warmth on the slice). I got the apple, and the chocolate pizza. Both the same way. The last thing I got, which was surprisingly warm, was the cinnamon melt things (I’m sorry, I do not know the exact name) because they just came out of the oven. Overall unsatisfied with my visit, I brought the issue to a "manager" who then proceeded to disagree (it was borderline argumentative) with me about the temperature of the marinara sauce. She even offered to taste it herself. I then brought up the issue of cold pizza to her and she said "well, if they came out of the oven, then that's the temperature they'll be". They brought fresher pizza out, yes, however, nothing was done with the other pieces that had been sitting out since our arrival. She offered a 'Buy one get one' coupon as a fix. As disgusted as I felt that day, I refused. A half-attempted "sorry" was let out as I left. The apology was not sincere, at least according the way she presented herself. The next half of this complaint was a follow up phone call that I made after my visit to explain myself better (because I didn't think she quite understood the gravity of the situation at the time). After successful contact with the store, I asked to speak to a manager. A few minutes later I was greeted with "you're speaking to one." Not even a name or a friendly greeting. After I briefly explained myself over the phone, I was stopped mid-sentence and was told I called during the lunch rush and the "manager" would love to hear what I had to say but at a time that was less busy. I was told I would get a call back. Well, it's been FIVE days (and counting; many months later) and still no call back from anyone. The combination of unacceptable customer service added with an overall unsatisfactory product means I will not be going to any Stevi B's from now on. I had this happen to me 8 months ago. I have NOT been back to ANY Stevi B's locations since this visit and I don't plan on going back. I occasionally browse their reviews on here and on Facebook and I STILL read negative reviews about many locations.

We love Ian's pepperoni pizza and lemon pepper wings. It is so good. I must admit that the wings were better the very first time we ordered because we could actually taste "real" lemon and not just flavoring.I'm removing a star because the wait time or timing issue is ridiculous. We ordered on three different Fridays. The first Friday we walked in and ordered; it took about 1.5 hours but it was delicious. We learned our lesson so the next time we called our order in. When we arrived at the designated time we still had to wait. The employees ought to offer a tea or something for the long wait. We understand it takes time and is made to order. We like supporting local businesses. So the third time, we called in our order, arrived at the designated time, and walked in to find our order was ready. There is no warmer so the pizza and wings were slightly cold. I absolutely do not eat cold pizza and wings. We always wonder where is Ian? Who is Ian? We really want Ian's Oven Pizza to THRIVE so we will return but not as often until the timing is worked out.
