Went here for a birthday. Not everyone in our group is vegetarian/vegan, but Cardamon Pod has something for everyone as the food is so delicious and the portions are huge, so we shared plates rather than one each. Leave room for the desserts as they are divine.

First time eating at the buffet, great range of food, however as kids eat free certain nights, the area was very messy and staff struggled to keep it clean. Very hectic on these nights. One of us ordered a burger which was very good value and good sizing. Loved our high tea at Videre. I had prearranged special diet and wasnât disappointed (although I ordered gluten free vegan but was given gluten free vegetarian which is a big difference when you canât eat egg or cheese). But my partner switched a few things with me and that was all safe to eat. Cakes were great as was the tea and coffee. The view was absolutely to die for, one of the best views of the coast Iâve seen. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Fabulous setting, great friendly staff good wine list and excellent food. We only wanted a light lunch so shared a dozen large and succulent oysters and a rack of pork ribs. Sat right on the marina with great views and a really great atmosphere.We will definitely revisit when in the Gold Coast, can highly recommend.
