Great place to stop right off I 75
Reviewed By ej9718This is the perfect place to stop while traveling. It is right off the highway and very easy to access. Service was great from the minute we arrived. Marissa was very friendly and helpful. They have a full breakfast and it was hot and fresh. Also, for those traveling with disabilities, the elevator is larger so that was nice. The hotel is well-maintained and everything was clean. There are plenty of restaurants in the area if you want to get a meal while staying. Overall, The stay was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty!
Reviewed By BobA551Table was filthy. Had dried food on it and sticky. Very visible. How do you not see that? Room is old. No digital key. Shower cap left in the bathroom from the previous customer. Tub is stained and not cleaned well. I picked this hotel because of the ratings. I don’t know who cleaned this room or not cleaned this room but they need to do better. Don’t know if I’d stay here again.

Reviewed By KAREN AMan was pleasant enough, but overall not a clean place. Not well lit to find the location which is behind another hotel. If you're looking to have a cheaper night over and nothing else is important to you, than this is your place. I don't like to leave negative reviews, I hope this helps them to make improvements.

Reviewed By 436darrinbI had to cut a day short at kings island, to make it here and check in prior to 10PM! Also missed the included breakfast , again, because closed lobby. I had to hunt for the fire exit, in order to leave my room prior to 7am. the REALLY need a staff member onsite 24/7

Inside our room was freezing and barely got above 62° Tried to call front desk to ask for a portable heater but the phones didn't work and there was no visible # for the front desk. There is no breakfast offered even though it was stated on their ads. Not even coffee available. The excuse was COVID although most all motels are now offering it. The towels are worn and skimpy. Just one washcloth was put out for 2 guests. Decor is tired and worn. Faded, old wallpaper on the bath. Too cold to shower so just did a fast wash.

Very nice new hotel
Reviewed By MaryJT1947We only stayed one night at this location, but we were very impressed by our room…a king bed studio on the 1st floor. The hotel is very new. It opened October 2021 so everything is still clean and has not been used or abused. The room had a kitchenette with sink, cabinets, small dishwasher, two burner stove, and small frig. The bathroom had a shower, no tub, which we prefer. This suite was perfect for the two of us.
