Reviewed By calgaryalbertagalThis place is awful. It gives Motel 6 a bad name. After viewing the room, we went out for dinner and spent as long as we could away from this place. We got up at 5:00 AM and left as quickly as possible. The place is old and run down and there has been little effort to keep it up. The walls were dirty and although the tub looked clean, the caulking was cracked and discoloured. Same with the sink. The sheets seemed clean but the mattress cover was stained. I didn’t want to investigate too closely. We didn’t open the fridge or microwave. Avoid if possible.

Normally I would stay at a Best Western, but their prices were too high so I tried out this place, and all I could DO was relax. The customer service was impeccable, the staff was so warm, inviting, and friendly. Actually better than Best Western, and most places I've been! The food was WONDERFUL! And OH MY GOSH don't EVEN get me started on how COMFORTABLE the beds were! The INDOOR pool was always clean, and it was SOOO relaxing! Me and my son got to go rafting on the Deschutes River without worrying if our room, luggage, or vehicles were being messed with at the hotel, they have THE BEST security I have EVER seen.......ANYWHERE! THANK YOU INN AT CROSS KEYS STATION FOR MAKING THIS ONE OF OUR MOST MEMORABLE TRIPS EVER!!!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!! We WILL be back! Soon, hopefully!

Absolutely disgusting
Reviewed By JBod123We spent one night at the Quality Inn in Madras OR and it was absolutely disgusting. We stayed in Room 116 on 8/17/21. The room had dog pee on the carpet, a fingernail in the bed, black mold all over the bathroom, some kind of residue on the bed sheets/blankets, and the lock on the door was broken so we put a chair infront of the door which could have been a fire hazard. When we tried to call the front desk our room phone was not working so we had to call on our cellphones. When the front desk answered they did not offer to move us or help us, instead they said they wrote it all down and would contact management. I did not hear back from management so I called them and they did not seem to be concerned about the health issues that are present in that room. They also are not acknowledging the safety issues that were apparent in that room as well. The owner is Clifford Reynolds but I have not been able to get into contact with him yet.

Reviewed By iMrDrewThis was during COVID-19. The office is locked but there is a bell to ring upon check-in and a window to service you. The young lady was nice and masked. Check-in was quick with wireless keycards for my room access. Room was small but cozy. Bed was comfortable. Not firm but not soft. Just right. The toilet and shower were small/tight. If you're a larger person I would suggest contacting the motel about other room sizes. I had a queen single bed. Basic amenities like a fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Quarters were cramped due to furniture. But a bit more spacious for the table and chairs area. New floors. Toilet had the pipe in the corner for the sink on the other side exposed. Overall, just fine for my needs. Clean, convenient and the price was prefect. Even for a holiday weekend. A nice room. I would rent again if COVID-19 weren't a problem with staying at my mom's.

Reviewed By y0rkiem0m61FYI $15 each pet. Does say pet friendly but no $$ amount was listed on website. Does have a small fridge & microwave. Friendly staff. Will admit the king size bed was very comfortable, compared to the last 6 hotels we have stayed on, during this trip.
