Reviewed By jtoth801203cant go wrong with this choice as they had all you'd need , close to shops and resturaunts, freeway . Great location , great staff . Very helpful , internet was dependable , room was quiet and comfortable . Hot breakfast choice was a plus.

Comfortable bed, nice pool
Reviewed By Kathy LWe stayed for a week while helping our children move into a new home. We primarily stayed here to give the grandkids access to the pool. I was a bit worried that there would be a lot of noise in our pool facing room, but it wasn't bad. Our room was right next to the slide, so it was a bit weird to look out the window and see a line of people looking back at us. The staff was good to shut the pool down at closing time. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. They are not cleaning rooms during your stay unless you request it. Someone stole the "clean our room" sign so ours never got cleaned, but house keeping was good to give us clean towels and coffee if we asked. I do feel that a week without housekeeping is too long. You have to wear a wrist band to get into the pool area but they gave us four and would replace them if we returned the used ones. Overall, 4 stars.

I stayed at this Hotel and it was the most miserable night i ever had. i kept getting bit which i thought was a mosquito or two and i woke up and couldn't find them. i went back to bed after waking up off and on all night from being bit. finally it was about 6 am and i had bites and welts all over. I was then told it was BED BUGS!! I have never experienced them before, i thought it was a joke. (sleep tight and don't let the Bed bugs bite) i itched for 5 days straight showed them my bites and they said the manager will get back to me it has been almost 2 weeks now and she never did. 2/09/2020. my fingers were swollen on my left hand for 3 days.

Reviewed By 808HI4lifeThis was a very disappointing stay. The room we stayed in was stink and didn't smell like the room was disinfected. The bed covers had black spots on it and the bedsheet had a pee spot on it. The jacuzzi was a bit small and on top of that the Jets didn't work. The breakfast was very poor quality. The bacon was paper thin and the potatoes sucked. Also the front desk receptionist was rude to my family upon checking in. Instead of trying to help us find a solution to our issue she gave us a sassy attitude.

Reviewed By S2226ULsaramHighly recommend this hotel. It is brand new. Perfect location right off of I-35W. Mitch, the General Manager went above and beyond to take care of us at check in. It is PET friendly with only certain rooms allowing pets. Great grass area around the hotel for your animals. Clean, clean, clean. They clearly take a lot of pride in this hotel and it shows. The kitchenette is awesome for cooking in your room and a full size fridge. All the comforts of home !!!
