Great Stay For One Night

Reviewed By emdpetey

Great location right off the highway and not to far away from the Amish country attractions. Also have a lot of antique stores close by if that is your thing. Hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was not as good as the other Tru hotel in Lancaster as this hotel had limited items such as bagels, cereals, pancakes. The room and bed were comfortable but next time I would stay on the backside of the hotel and not on the main road side as there was alot of road noise at night. I would stay again.

Great stay

Nothing bad to say about our stay. Rooms were comfortable (walls were a little thin, noise carried) Great full breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean, we actually saw one of the housekeepers on her hands and knees scrubbing the entryway.. Would have no concerns staying here again!

This is a nice place and I have stayed before. It's very accommodating for what you may need. The woman who checked me in was super nice and was amazing. The only thing i disliked was the pillows were absolutely horrible.

Quaint and cosy

Only loses a 'star' for lack of coffee maker and/or coffee at reception. Rooms have fridges and microwaves, though. Small rooms, but very clean, with comfortable beds. Loved the sturdy wooden benches on the stoop - perfect for sipping beer as the sun goes down.

Some of the reviews are misleading!

This place is very good. I was tired and needed a place to crash on my way back home, and all the hotels in the area were booked or priced very high. I looked at the reviews prior and saw that they were old so I decide to give it a shot. The price was very affordable and the room had a nice clean bathroom. The room was very large as well. Would definitely stay again. The lady at the front desk provided a quick check-in experience and extra towels as well. A lot of the bad reviews are older, so don't heed them directly. It is a nice budget motel that can give a place to stay whether you're on a business trip or family vacation.
