Clean hotel
Reviewed By jesathomeRoom was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was terrible and wouldn’t stay connected for more than 5 minutes at a time. I did complain to the front desk. They said they would reset it. It never got any better. Breakfast wasn’t satisfactory. They had 2 waffle makers. Sign said they had frozen sausage biscuits (small pre-packaged) and to ask the kitchen person. Yogurt and apples and cold cereal. No eggs or bagels or bacon! The lady at the front desk said that is standard for their company right now.

Don’t expect your room to be cleaned
Reviewed By gogokayakguyWe stayed for 3 days and after t our first day out we got back to our room expecting clean towels. Nope. I went to the front desk and they said they will clean your room after 5 days unless you request them to clean. I looked all over the counter to see if there was a sign stating that rule but there wasn’t. So don’t expect clean towels like every other hotel in the country.

Reviewed By Lisa DWe stayed here for 3 nights on a college visit. It was wonderful...clean, well maintained, new, quiet. Check in/out was fast and everyone behind the desk was courteous and kind. Our room was a king suite with a roll-out couch. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue was the A/C unit leaked (we reported it on our checkout as we did not want to lose our room!). The floor is not carpeted but was quite warm. We never had any issues during our stay. We did not hear any traffic. This was one of the nicest Choice properties we have stayed in and we travel a great deal. We would highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here each time we are in the area!

From the time we received our text message telling us our site number until we said our goodbyes, the staff at the park felt like family! It is a wonderfully clean, safe environment with all the accommodations one wouldn't expect...from the pool, to the pond, to the dog park, to the corn hole boards! I haven't even mentioned the beautiful surroundings! THIS PLACE CAN'T BE BEAT! We will be back!

No Loyalty to Return Customers
Reviewed By Ray FI travel from the Midwest to Dayton 2-3x a month and have been staying here. It is overpriced as flooring is dirty, sink and bathroom fixtures are loose, broken or dirty. Clients drink and walk the grounds, sit outside rooms in chairs and there is constant loitering outside other people's rooms. Several trips later,I am finding out there is no flexibility for early check-in, rewards or any willingness to treat return customers with some respect. If in a pinch, stay but I would recommend lodging elsewhere.
