Horrible nights sleep at a promising hotel
Reviewed By Krr1975We stayed here for one night. When we first walked in, we were taken back by how quiet everything was. Beautiful and large check in area and large looking breakfast area. When we got to our room, we noticed the road traffic seemed loud. But thinking it was rush hour, we thought it would die down. As we unloaded and settled in our large room, the noise never quieted down. As we we’re getting ready for bed, we discovered that there was an opening in the window about 1/4” wide! This opening was in the back where the two windows came together. So all night, we heard the outside road noise and these noisy large birds in the tree near our window. We really wanted to like this hotel but unfortunately, that ruined it for us. When we checked out, we told them about it and they apologized and said they would get maintenance to look in to it. They did have a nice breakfast area with several selections. If you stay here, request an odd numbered room. We were on a even room and heard the interstate noise. The road behind the hotel, trains and those darn birds!

Reviewed By 303noahdThe staff is very nice and professional. Always understanding and willing to work around problems when they come up. If a breaker trips, they're up at 4 am to fix it. You bet these are some hard working people and a great place to rest your head!
