Fresh food, made fresh to order. Service is both counter (ordering) and wait staff (order delivery). Menu is broad for breakfast and lunch. Portions are good and prices are reasonable. Parking is convenient and easy in the parking lot. Note, it is located on the side of a strip-mall type plaza, so be careful not to miss it; look for the sign along the road. Overall, good experience and will not hesitate to return.

I purchased a salad and soup- both full versions. If you know what a good soup tastes like I wouldn’t recommend the broccoli cheddar. It’s taste wasn’t worth the purchase in my opinion but everyone’s tastes at different. My salad was pretty good. I had the green goddess. Portion size was good. Fast friendly service.

Oh my...Sophia’s at Walden is one of my very favorite places to go for lunch!! The staff is so kind, the restaurant is so warm & inviting...and the food is really good. I haven’t had a single thing I’ve disliked. I think my favorites are the marinated roast beef sandwich, the coconut crusted chicken salad...and the chicken pastina soup is TO DIE FOR!!! The prices are very reasonable for the delicious food...and the servings are also reasonable.
