Stayed there for a workcation, I was sent food by a friend and they wouldn't allow me to eat it at the lobby nor at the poolside even though their resto and bar is already closed. we weren't allowed to have coffee delivered outside while working at their lobby. Not just this, their rooms are dirty, the comfort room is the dirtiest.

Fields Walking St Hotel, Angeles City, Philippines - I booked via telephone for New Years Eve Dec 31 2021. I had the Executive room. They cancelled my rooftop access at 6pm (It was too late to find another hotel). Plus they told me about the closure after I paid and checked in) to the roof and swimming pool and the watching the midnight City fireworks. Said that it's "Normal" for them to cancel roof access to all guests if someone wants to rent the roof for themselves. The Manager said that I was being unreasonable to want access to or to state that I rented the room specifically for the roof access for me and my girlfriend (the web page says nothing about refusing roof pool and access). She got very upset. Plus there was dirty rusty water coming out of the water taps.

This review pertains to RedDoorz @ Clarkville, but serves as a warning about the RedDoorz chain, in particular their customer service, or lack thereof. Booked 2 nights at RedDoorz @Clarkville on booking.com, attempted to check-in on 1/31/20. Desk clerk tells me there’s an additional 6% fee for using your credit card. This “fee” was not indicated anywhere on their website. Choosing not to be extorted, I walked. Before I walked I asked the Desk clerk if I would be charged anything if I didn’t check-in. She undeniably stated that I would NOT be charged anything. Lo and behold, later RedDoorz did charge me a “No Show” fee. My quest for a refund was met with a customer service office that posses no reading comprehension skills, lacks common sense and was combative (demanding that I show ‘proof’) with my claim. After 5-6 emails with RedDoorz, they agreed that their 6% credit card policy was wrong, but they still wouldn’t refund my “No Show” fee! You can’t make this stuff up. Happy ending was reached using booking.com’s Customer Service in the USA, they agreed with me and refunded my money within 5 minutes. Bottom Line? BEWARE of the RedDoorz chain and remember, if you have to deal with their “customer service” you’ll be dealing with idiots.
