The East point mall is a huge and nice mall full of famous brands. It is one of the best malls in tbilisi. There is an amusement park (focus mocus) in east point that is very good for family with children.

This is a nice mall located in the heart of the old city on rustavelli. All normal brands. Surprisingly prices are not as cheap as other locations. Good for a rainy day.
