The service is absolutely impeccable! Acqualina is our go to resort when coming to Miami! I was concerned about Construction noise when making the reservation and Phillip in your reservation department called me with all the impacts I may have. Which were none!!!! You, Phillip, your staff, and Leadership team have set the bar high! the best we have experienced in the hospitality industry. Thank you! Looking forward to our next visit!

Reviewed By tp2023This hotel is nothing like the pictures shown. The employees don’t care about you or what your needs are. The internet almost never works and they forced me and my family to eat pb and jelly sandwiches and hotdogs for almost $300 beach side bc nothing was available. Someone stole my AirPods, I think it was an employee. When we checked in, the first room had trash and mold in the bathroom like someone was living in the bathroom. They didn’t seem to care at the front desk and basically threw my keys at me for the next room. The next room smelled like pee and had dirt on the walls. The sheets were dirty as well. Definitely not the hotel room I was expecting for almost $1200 a night!!!!!

False claim to "enhanced Covid 19 measures"

No where does it say that room is only cleaned every three days, therefore no beds made, no bathroom cleaned, you have to take out your own garbage unless you wish to look at the mess for three days. Front entrance steps and landing are discusting (old gum and corners black. You think that with all the Covid enhanced measures these steps would be steamed clean or power washed. Comfortable room but when I stay at a hotel on holiday i dont expect to do housekeeping. I thought I was paying for this. Breakfast opens at 9am. My husband was on a seminar and had to leave at 8, therefore he had to find breakfast somewhere else.. Just very surprised at the whole 6 nights experience. Contractors start hammering and drilling at 6:30 am till the early afternoon. Balconies are being refurbished.
