Reviewed By Lindz888Stayed there overnight returning to Albury. Very friendly over the phone booking and super friendly on arrival . Rooms are well off the street .We got a very quiet & clean room # 20 and slept well on a comfy clean bed . Plus we had a free continental breakfast . Both friendly owners made us feel really welcome . It is a short walk to the shops , Aldi and RSL Club. Would definatley stay there again

Creepy and rude
Reviewed By JudgejoaWe rented 2 ‘serviced’ apartments for a little over 2 weeks. Not once were the rooms serviced. No bed changing, clean towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent nothing! When we asked the managers they were just rude and said they serviced the rooms once a week, which they didn’t. After an outing during the day we came back and the front door was ajar but the room wasn’t even made up, the next night we went out and returned after dinner to find the lights had been switched off as well as the heater, again, the room hadn’t been serviced, we asked the managers about it who became extremely defensive insisting they hadn’t gone into our room but they were within their rights to do so if they wanted. The rooms were clean and well presented but the CREEPY owners lingered like drunk uncle at a Christmas party. Do not stay here

Reviewed By TLSC23If you enjoy bedding that is riddled with bugs that feast on you in the night. This is the place for you. There is nothing better than checking in healthy and checking out looking like you have small pox! But never fear. The owners are so so helpful. They will explain to you that no one else has complained therefore it must somehow be your fault! Apparently the obvious sores that have developed all over your body overnight in this hell hole must have come from anywhere else other than the rooms which look like they’ve been around since before European settlement. You would rather stay a night naked in the Amazon than in this poop excuse of a motel. Whether in Young for business or pleasure, stay as far away from here as you can.

Reviewed By john lGreat service. Will definitely be staying again. My partner and I were booked to stay 2 nights but only stayed until 3am the first night due to a family emergency. I contacted them later that morning to inform them that we no longer needed the second night. Even with the late notice. They refunded our second night. Very clean rooms with comfortable bed and the shower was great after a long day. Highly recommend

The Property is a country motel 2klms from town center, in a rural setting, on a hill. Hilltops Retreat is a highly rated three & half star motel, very quiet and safe. It is 2kms south from the shopping centre on the Olympic Highway, situated on a hill and a five acre block. There are 14 refurbished and clean rooms, a quiet rural setting. Mini bars are available with complementary teas & coffee. Park at your door and enjoy the quiet country area. Salt water pool and barbeque facilities are available and large grassed areas are available for the children to run around. Why not visit the Museum, chinese gardens and cherry orchards in November & December. Elevation Restaurant is situated with the Hilltops Retreat Motor Inn The Restaurant has undergone a refurbishment providing relaxed, quiet dining with a bar for the pre dinner drink and a fireplace for the cold winter night

Reviewed By samson21373It would be very nice to have a microwave in the room, so we did not have to go over to the lounge to keep things up. Everything was very nice the room the pool area talking to people- very good place to stay
