horrible room

Reviewed By deancJ1682ZO

The room stunk like mold. We could not take showers because the water leaked as soon as you would turn the water on. They didn't give us the wi-fi password. Should have asked for it but i shouldnt have too. it's in a bad part of town, in a sketchy area. The beds were terrible, didn't even sleep under the sheets/blankets, they were that bad. It was fricken (would not let me use the actual word) disgusting. They would not refund us our money back cause we wanted to leave a day early. Was not very pleased with this kind of hotel. I DO NOT recomend this place at all. If they stuck some money into the san place, it would be a lot nicer than it is now but they didnt so it is definetly a $hit hole.

BE CAREFUL

Be careful! The price IS NOT SET! The sign says $31, the person that answers phone says $49, when you check in it’s $60??? If you just need a bed and will haggle it’s OK for $50 after taxes. The rooms are NOT clean by any definition and you’ll need to run the water for at least 15 min to get warm water. I would not bring my kids or allow my wife to stay here by herself. Every door you see looks like they’ve been kicked in and the locks, once in the room, are iffy at best. I understand the concept of Motel 6 is “frill-less” but simple security, cleaning, and hot water are not a frills!

Doesn't get much worse!

Old motel, run down, super cheap, so not a big surprise. In my room a couple hours and a small bug walks across the nightstand. This happens, could have flown in the open door while I was bringing my stuff in the room. An hour later, I'm sitting on the bed watching TV and something runs across my lap. Big old cockroach. A run down, dirty motel room is what you get for a real cheap price, but I draw the line at bugs and rodents. Too tired to find another motel, so I'm sleeping in the car. :(
