We must of hit the wrong night. They were short staffed with only one person cooking, so said one of only two people waiting tables. The main entrees arrived 45 minutes after the starter dishes(soup & salad). I had an average dish of Grouper Scampi for my main course. The prices on the entire menu were high. The decor wasnât anything to write home about. The only above average item we consumed was our $4/glass of wine ... thanks to Happy Hour.

We found coupon in a local magazine so decided to give Island Pizza a try. No waiting. Two for one draft beers. Their pizza was amazing. We especially liked the white pizza. And we got out of there for 50 bucks including tip...a first on this trip!! We would eat here again.

Server here was inexperienced and unfriendly. Probably her firs job. Hostess was young girl with no personality at all. Place was clean and cute. menu, expected entrees. One VERY strange item on menu was RICOTTA CHEESE on almost all pizzas??!! A cheap substitute for real Italian cheese I guess?? Decent wine menu. Prices were average. This place is LOUD, bad acoustics. Plenty of parking in this abandoned outlet mall. Server did no follow up after food was served...waited to run to us with check in hand after we completed our meal. No manager on floor. Place was clean. Typical "wanna-be" Italian place.

We just ate here for dinner and everything was delicious! True Italian good in the heart of Sanibel. Very quaint place. Intimate. Friendly courteous staff. Food was prompt and tasted amazing.We had the antipasti which was very generous with meats and cheeses and roasted veggies. For dinner we had the short rib with gnocchi special, chicken piccata, chicken Milanese and tuna piccata special. We tipped no off the evening with cappuccinos and a medley of desserts. Everything was sooo good!Will definitely be back!

Early dinner prior to subset on the beach. Promptly seated and then greeted by our attentive server, Adriana. She was knowledgable and very personable. Decent beer and wine choices plus good prices for Happy Hour. Bread was delicious! We tried pizza, ravioli, shrimp scampi and chicken parm. All delicious. No room or time for dessert, but they were tempting. Will be back!
