Horrbel Hotel, bad service, overpriced, not worth your money
Reviewed By Swiss-Costumer-HotelThis hotel is not a 4 star hotel. We paid 300€ for one night, got a room with view on a construction side, the room was dark, old, small. We had two small towels, and each one pillow. At the reception the guy did not even bother to applique high standard service. I complained about the room and he just told me: YOU could have wished for a room with a view, you could have wished for a room that is nicer. SORRY?? is it up to me to ask for quality by these pieces? At check out NO ONE of the management was there. I asked to be contacted, but no one called or emails me. The receptionist had a shirt that was not ironed!!! and wore sneakers. THIS IS A 4 Star Hotel high price hotel!! NOT worth the money. We will definitely NOT stay at this hotel ever again! There is that about the room. Then the Therme old and not cosy. Don’t expect a SAP Hotel for a nice romanitique get away. My advice: Take you money somewhere else. If you are used to high standard Hotels, this should definitely not be you choice. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESABLISHMENT you will not get what your money is worth.

Reviewed By zak204Beautiful casino with a matching hotel. We didn’t really leave this complex as everything was here we needed for a weekend break. Very good for a break and restaurant food here was excellent. Will definitely recommend.

Reviewed By caledonian_nomadThe most notable thing about this place is a noise: that of airliners passing by (although the airport is 20 km away), that of people in adjacent rooms (thin walls) and finally one made by an empty (!) Mini bar fridge. Everything else about the hotel is forgetable..

Tasty pizza for a good price, good service, centrally located
Reviewed By jacek_polaszekWe visited the restaurant in August, on a Sunday lunch time, we have 2 little kids, child seats were available and on top if that we got some paper games for the kids. Waitresses were very helpful and in good mood. We ordered 3 pizzas, whoch all of us found were tasty, served quickly. We will definitely return!

Reviewed By albertmoragReasonable quality hotel in Luxembourg, room quite big, to a middle standard, personnel quite friendly, good location if you need to be in sotuhern part of the country. Breakfast quite ok, all reasonable for 80 euros the night.
