Reviewed By Jonathan BSuch a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was spectacularly clean!!! A great job by the house keeping team. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious, ours even had a full size bath. They provided a cot for our one year old daughter as requested. Our room was on the front near the main road, but the windows did a fantastic job of blocking out the noise and the air con kept the room nice and cool. There was a lift to the make journey up to our room with the pram effortless. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Pancakes, yogurts, salad, fresh orange juice, bacon, eggs, sausages etc. There was also restaurant in the same building which was consistently busy. Next time we are in Luxembourg we will give it a try. We would highly recommend Hotel Pax!!

Reviewed By VieltravellerClose to a train station and a little farther away from a bus, both going direct to the city center of Luxembourg. Hotel is nice, room in a way very modern but walls and doors unfortunately are paper thin so you hear everything from the hallway and your neighbours. Luckily, earplugs were provided in the bathroom.

Great rooms
Reviewed By Saba AI read reviews on the hotel on Trip Advisor a night before my departure, so I was very nervous. However, I was very pleased with my choice. Yes, the entrance is small and there is no lobby, but I personally don't travel to hang around in the lobby. The reception is not there 24/7 but there are numbers you can call in case of an emergency. The hotel is in a noisy neighbourhood, but I could not hear anything when inside. The rooms are decent size and clean, the beds comfortable, the ACs working. The bathroom and showers are great, there is a hairdryer, and basic toiletries and slippers provided. There are a few super markets, a pharmacy and a wide range of restaurants within walking distance. The main station is also near by (which is not the best place, but I never felt unsafe) which means you can easily catch a bus or train to where ever you want to go. The staff was nice and courteous and spoke fluent English. Overall, I had zero issues.

Reviewed By GhentfreakFriendly welcome, rooms are clean and have all what you need. Be careful the parking is public and needs to be payed with a maximum of 2 hours. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is bit too Italian. The breakfast room is pleasant. Excellent quality/price. The bed has sharp edges and the bed comfort is not the best.

Ci sono hotel super validi allo stesso prezzo, vi consiglio di cercare bene. Non ho dormito tutta la notte perché il pavimento è di un parquet molto vecchio e si sentivano fastidiosamente i passi delle persone a qualsiasi orario. Si sentiva lo scarico del water ogni volta che qualcuno andava in bagno. La mattina sentivo le sveglie delle persone delle altre camere. sentivo la gente dialogare (e anche ad altissima voce) come se stesse nella mia stessa camera. Una notte pessima, e dico grazie a un altro hotel a 3 stelle, pulitissimo, bellissimo e LOW COST che mi ha salvato. Questo "ostello" è low cost, ma non è una giustifica per la sporcizia e il non venirci incontro. e comunque prezzo troppo alto per l'organizzazione e per la poca attenzione sanitaria. Non chiedevo troppo, solo un posto pulito, che fosse attento all'igiene e che si prendesse cura dei propri spazi per la gente che arriva dall'estero e potrebbe non tornarci più. Non consiglio questo posto a nessuno, e soprattutto a chi ci va per lavoro. si sveglierebbe stressato e nervoso. Ho dormito faticosamente con l'ansia pensando ai ragni sul soffitto e molto agitata e nervosa per i rumori persistenti, sapendo che il giorno dopo avrei dovuto affrontare una giornata molto piena. Non fatevi ingannare dal basso costo e dal fatto che sia un ostello, certe condizioni non devono essere tollerare e ripeto ci sono posti migliori allo stesso prezzo.
