Reviewed By Cassie yActual Duvet covers on duvet instead of two bed sheets on each side (its gross), deep clean carpets and curtains because there was a faint smell of sweaty old man stench with smoke ash smell in room, PLEASE advertise that the beds are not king size and instead two double beds pushed together (this is very misleading), provide extra instruction for late check in's incase there is no parking available after hours (this is what happened to us, we were very unsure where to park - luckily our friend who is a resident at quest allowed us to park in their spot), the WIFI had a very weak signal which is opposite to what is actually stated on your website - a number of times the internet cut out when we were watching 9Now and prime we ended up having to revert to using our phones, Provide WIFI instructions in the room on a brochure or something as this was lacking.

Zero sleep and the night cap
Reviewed By Vacation763367One of the most unpleasant nights with hardly a won’t of sleep Basic accomodation Noice slamming doors and an air conditioning unit right outside my window That even noise canceling earphones didn’t drown out Brocken ironing board too that of course I discovered at 7 am The room was clean but there was a distinct smokers smell that lingered I was booked for two nights Pulled the pin and I won’t be back keep the extra night you need it more than me

Saturday night bistro dinner
Reviewed By baz1867Went for dinner and the service was from the waitresses was very ordinary. Asked to be seated elsewhere and not in the doorway only to be told tables were booked and they remained empty for the whole time we were there. Ordered a medium rare steak and it was over cooked and the salad was a bunch of lettuce. Expect a little better for $38 dollar steak. On an a positive the Parmas are very good and a decent size. No sooner had we finished we were rushed out the place. Won’t be going back.

Run down, cramped and noisy
Reviewed By RLittlejohnAs a family of 4, we stayed in a 2 bedroom. My first impression was how cramped and how run down the place was. There were holes, dinged, chips and dirty marks all over the walls. There was mould in the corners of the windows and bits missing off the taps. The bedrooms were very cramped with only about 30cms from the bed to the wall to walk and move around. The unit was positioned right next to a very busy and noisy road that never stopped all night, when trucks went past it Shook the unit. There were no wall power socket to charge anything except for the one in the kitchen corner where the kettle went which was not ideal.

So so tired and worn Feel totally disappointed Curtains didn’t close properly Bed and Mattress were different sizes Rubbish under the bed laundry stacked outside my room Shower leaked Bathroom was disgusting Nothing on the walls at all apart from dirt Fridge she was very noisy Scuffs all over the walls Smelled of smoke Furniture that was due for the skip I think I had a adult worker next door, as the door was being opened and shut all night and cars coming and going . The tv was 32 inches and at the other end of the room All this for $165 a night Sadly no staff were available for me to give my feedback
