We paid £49 for the night rooms are compact and basic but that’s value for money given the price. We were held up by an accident so arrive at 1am - there are no staff simply check in at the machine it prints a code and boom find the room put the code in and your in.

Reviewed By rcasprThe property is surrounded by a high wire fence, grown through with weeds, the entrance to parking and to the hotel were not apparent. Even the IBIS sign was not illuminated. It was very confusing, even to confirm it was the hotel or to find a way in. However, the manager on duty, Guillaume, responded immediately to email and was very welcoming and completely restored my spirit after I arrived. The property is heavily used and so needs some work. But, everything was clean. Everything worked. Guillaume and the other staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast offerring was first rate, food service and beer were available until quite late into the night. And, it was all good. Also, there is exercise equipment, TV lounge, foosball, etc. Nobody was using, but it was available. Quite a place. I would be happy to stay there again, now that I know the way in.

Reviewed By IvanTrimanAfter a horrendous journey, we finally reached the hotel after 23:00. The automated checkin did not work - either with our reference number or our credit card. However, the emergency phone number did work and the helpful overnight person gave us our key. In the room, the handle for the shower came away and there was no security handle on the window so we had to sleep with it closed. Breakfast was OK. There was lovely bread to eat and a good selection of fruit. Coffee and hot milk were fine, but the hot water was barely warm and certainly not hot enough for a good cup of tea. Also, we avoided the cereals as they just seemed to be jam encased in biscuit!
