2 very happy customers

We checked into the Hacienda at around 3pm on the 15th July 2021, the room was pleasant, clean and had everything we wanted for a great 2 night stay. Approximately 2 hrs later we were loading up to travel back to Melbourne because of the snap lockdown. The owners were wonderful, they refunded both nights accommodation even though we would have been happy with 1 night being charged. This will now be our go to motel in Geelong, cannot recommend highly enough.

All positive reviews are for previous owner. I was hoping I would have the same experience after reading the reviews but I was wrong. Staff were rude and not very welcoming at all. Room reflected the price. I also didn’t expect front of house man in my room 20 mins before checkout while I was out placing stuff in my car. I won’t be staying here again.

Riverglen Holiday Park

simple...nice and clean

stayed twice for business...3 nights and 4 nights. Couple of very minor glitches but one was my own cause! Places were always clean and tidy. Grounds could do with a little work but it is cold/winter. Cabin had heaters and bathroom was clean and tidy and nice hot shower. (manager?) Cheryl was a standout with her friendly can do attitude....other staff a bit questionable. Would recommend a stay...extremely good value for money.

Overpriced

We stayed here overnight and while the room was nice, we thought that it was not worth the $200 we had to pay for the 3 of us. The staff where very good to deal with and the beds where comfortable. There is under cover parking available.
