Sadly, while I love Steak n Shake food, this location has very spotty service. If you go for lunch during the week, you'll probably be fine. But if you try to go for dinner, beware. They don't greet you at the door in a timely manner or provide quick service. The food is usually fine, what's you'd expect at a Steak n Shake but good service you will likely not enjoy.

Took us approximately 15 minutes to see our first server and then another 25 minutes to get a couple hamburgers. The drinks we ordered when we first saw server were not delivered until after the food finally got there. The restaurant was not busy with maybe 12 guests including us. The staff was unfriendly and too busy chatting with one another to serve the dining area.

Ordered the 4 pc chicken strip basket. Took over 10 min in drive trough to get our order and the toast was Texas Toat and not even buttered or toasted.

We do a lot of Wendy's around the country. I almost always get chili. This was our first visit at this Wendy's. The chili at this Wendy's was perfect! Can't say that about all Wendy's. The layout and menu was typical Wendy's. The eating area was clean and well maintained. There was a line for placing your order, which went kind of slow. Adding to the situation was that one of the two registers was not working properly. Except for the slow line it was a good experience.

Went to wetzels pretzels early afternoon. Order a pretzel,lemonade,and a cheese sause. Pretzel was hot and fresh out the oven. Lemonade was nice and sweet the way I like it. Service was fast and freindly. I will be going back to wetzels at the saint louis mills or the saint louis outlet mall.

Since I can no longer visit the castle living in Dallas I stop by one every time I get a chance. This location was very busy, couldn't get orders right even the 2nd time around but it was still the best little greasy burger.
