Not only the place and ambience, I keep coming back here because the staff are very friendly and the management are very helpful. Jack Daniel restaurant are the best especially the Pork Bbq ribs. Really good and tasty.. try now their famous bbq ribs.. I highly recommend this place

All apartments are within 30m of the beach, have unobstructed sea views and are set in a quiet garden surrounds. All apartments have separate bedroom and built in kitchen and terrace and are min 45 square meters. They are fully furnished to European standards and are good for long or short term. There is also a 3 bedroom duplex with two receiving rooms and three bathrooms, laundry room and four separate terraces. Approximately 220 square meters.
WORST PLACE EVER!
Reviewed By Sightsee782446This was the WORST PLACE EVER! If you want to experience NIGHTMARE, this is it! No customer service, no nothing! The owner is there but she doesn't care. I think she doesn't know the meaning of "customer service". We were greeted with a room that has fishy smell and a dirty toilet bowl. CR sink drain is broken. Ref is full of rust. Kitchen sink clogged. And just when you thought nothing could be worse, at around 4am the AC stopped working! My husband went to the mini hut "reception" to see if we can get them to send someone to come and fix it and there was no one. I tried calling the contact person. First call got through but she didn't pick up. I called again and the phone has been switched off. I called the other phone posted on their FB page and it's switched off too. It was only at 8am when they started accepting calls again. I demanded for a room change but they said they are full and that I have to wait til 11am. The room that they will transfer us to is facing the pool and I saw there were a lot of people there when we came and I can already imagine how noisy it will be. Plus, I've chosen this place as I particularly like what they posted on Agoda which is a twin room (they call it quadruple room) facing the beach. Owner said there's no available room with beach view. So we decided to just check out at 8am and asked them to refund our payment. The owner refused. She said, no matter what happened we will still be charged because we stayed there already. Even we were awaken at 4am and was no longer able to get back to sleep due to the faulty AC. Yes, she's aware, but NO, she doesn't care! By the way, they sent a technician and he claimed AC was set to fan. Now they even have the nerve to twist the story. If it's set to fan then it would have been hot from the moment we get into the room! My 15 y.o. son checked it before we sleep because we wanted to make sure it was already set to the max 10 and high cool and my son has confirmed this. So there's no way that what the technician has claimed is true. My advice when booking for a place to stay, check all available reviews online. If you see even 1 single negative review, don't ignore, unless you want to be the next one to get to experience how horrible this place is. We booked this place early and I only checked the reviews on Agoda. The most recent 1-star review on Google, it wasn't there yet when we booked this place, but we practically experienced the same thing.

Reviewed By Danny7979If you want diving, its fantastic. All dives we had were great. This is what we really enjoyed. If you want customer approach, it's poor. Alf (the owner) always says "tell us if you want or need something" but if you really want something and ask for it, you will have to listen very long story why he can't do it or so on (mainly "because it's Phillipines"). I believe the phrase "I'm not going to change my habbit because of some customer" explains it all. So we quickly stoped asking. And yes, we didn't tell it all directly to him, because we didn't want to listen agressive invectives. The location is nice but the place itself and mainly owner approach need improvement. We are open to pay higher price for certain service, but if barbeque at the beach provided by hotel cost you 1250 PHP per person and proper meal at white beach in restaurant costs you 250 PHP, you expect at least pro-customer approach. We also had to leave one day earlier, because there's no boat, we talked to the staff 3 days ago and even if the hotel was empty weeks before we arrived, during our stay and also after, the owner insisted we have to pay also the day we wanted to cancel with an excuse he is not able to sell it now. If we tried to tell him it doesnt make any sence and we told him before, he almost blackmailed us saying "So leave the hotel before noon" even if he knew the boat will pick us up late afternoon. Sad to write this, because we were doing our best to be friendly and respect the family life the staff has, but even if we have lot of travel experiences, this was the worst customer approach ever.
