First, I gave this a 2 because we expected a sit down, told them we were eat in, and while we got "eat in", it was not what most Americans would expect. More to followFirst - we walked in, saw one gal sitting and one doing counter for the walk in To Go folks. After a brief wait the wife got antsy and sat in a booth, I stood by the booth for a minute and saw that the one sit down gal got up, did something with what I thought was prepping for us customers and then sat back down. So I went and grabbed a couple of paper place-mat like menus from the counter, no acknowledgment by the two gals.We decided on :Wonton soup, large, $3.75 Kung Po Double Delight, spicy?, $10.50House Special Lo Mein, large, $9.25Walked up to the counter with the items I wanted circled, was asked what I wanted to drink and I said some water. Paid cash because of some reviews a few years ago on debit card issues.Second - the food was served in To Go containers, the Kung Po was in an aluminum tray with a plastic lid not fastened, the noodles in a sealed microwaveable plastic container, the soup in a sealed plastic container. We also got some greasy wonton chips for the soup, rice, and the cookies. Instead of a bag like the real To Go folks we got two styrofoam plates, two very cheap plastic forks, and no drinks.I looked at the lunch buffet hot table (not in service), grabbed two small ceramic soup bowls, a ladle, and two real metal forks. This set us up, even though the wife was still upset that they did not treat her like a normal sit-down place would and still no spoon (she was not amendable to the Asian 'pick up bowl, drink broth') or real plate.I rated the place as a 1 for service, if you are doing To Go, then it might be as high as 4.Food:1. The wonton chips were a bit greasy, at least compared to others I had.2. The soup was good, had a lot of wontons, but nothing special.3. The noodles were good, but again nothing special and a bit mild/bland.4. The Kung Po was mildly spicy, wife said it was a bit above average except for the heat (lack). She liked the way this version was made with the two meats and vegetables.I rated the food as a 3 since it was average and not really anything unique. Part of that may have been the presentation which added to the service being only a 1.I rated the value at a 2 since the wife insisted that it was a poor value the way we were treated.Over all score was a 2.If you are doing To Go, then it might be a 3 or 4, but since we were sit down, that is how I graded, 2.If I lived here I MIGHT consider it as a To Go, but then I did not notice much in the way of Chinese style food in this town, and the wife does not care for any Asian cuisine other than American Chinese style.

Here for one day for work. I wanted to support a small locally owned place for lunch/dinner. There are a lot of national chains here. Was going to do BBQ but they werent open yet. Saw the Panda, passed by based on the looks of the place. Came to the end of the Food Mall so i turned around. Stopped and checked TA. This place sounded like it was worth trying. I ordered szechuan shrimp, it came with fried rice, egg roll and i ordered extra egg drop soup. The price was right, the portions were adequate, the spice for the szechuan was perfect and the egg drop was light and easy to love. But the place looks run down/unclean. There is a barrier of equipment and to-go boxes, wall-papered with hand written signs that advertise chicken nuggets, etc. so you cant see if the kitchen is clean or not. Thats kinda scary. The service was short (kid running register never offered a smile but looked as if he'd rather be anywhere but there) but polite. It sounded like there were ten people working back there but took 15 minutes to get food. Finally, the worst part, the fried rice was awful. How do you screw up fried rice? I can tell you. You use OLD pork. It didnt taste rancid but the pork tasted so old it over powered my szechuan so i ate about 1/4 of the rice, 3/4 of my szechuan and threw the rest of it away. I ate all of the soup, after i found a spoon at the hotel, and the egg roll was great. Overall, sadly average and i wouldnt return.

Great facility, huge well stocked buffet with plenty of parking. Nothing was really bad except for the stuffed mushrooms, which I usually love. I tried one and they had just been out there way too long. Nothing I ate was really good. Probably won't come back, although the price is quite reasonable.

We always order online and pickup. Favorites are both Chicken and Pork Lo Mein, General Tso, broccoli chicken, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, bourbon chicken, and sweet biscuit (to die for donuts). Portions are large, always 2 meals for me. They always get the order correct. You can dine in. Nothing fancy, but clean. Just seems like Chinese is take out. Staff friendly. Love this place.
