Nestled in New York’s western Catskills just outside the town of Livingston Manor, the 14-room lodge is a magical destination for the outdoor experience seeker with a culinary program unlike anything available in the area. Located within the Catskill Park itself and perched just above the Willowemoc River, The DeBruce is a gateway to the outdoors with access to over 600 acres of private land, including two mountains and an eventual 30-mile trail system. Our Dining Room is open 7 days a week offering a fixed tasting menu. Please inquire for our current offerings and pricing. Reservations required. Sunday through Friday: 6-9pm, Saturday: Two seatings available, 6:15pm & 9:00pm. Our Club Room is open 7 days a week. No reservations needed for parties of 5 or less. Monday-Thursday: 5:30pm-9pm, Friday: 5:30pm-10:00pm, Saturday: 11am-2:30pm for brunch, 5:30pm-10:00pm for dinner, Sunday: 11am-2:30pm for brunch, 5:30pm-9pm for dinner. Closed Tuesdays during the months of March & April 2019.

Reviewed By nanotaroFood is Michelin Star quality, creative with outstanding service. The sommelier Conor Mullally is super star, with deep and interesting knowledge about wines from all over the world & his parings are simply the best (and I’ve been all over the world dinning at 5star restaurants). Connor and all the staff are particularly helpful and lovely all around. DeBruce is perfect for couples. It’s costly but knowing a portion of the proceeds go to get he local food bank to support those in need make it worthwhile.

Great website and branding but…
Reviewed By D7460FKnancyaAs with the other most recent reviewers I concur on the on the assessment of value for price here. We stayed in the garden suite which was a nice large room with comfy bedding but the old leaky bathroom with the rotting window that hadn’t been cleaned in months of dead bugs was a disappointing feature of an almost $400 a night room in the middle of a very depressed part of the county. The shag rug was kinda gross and smelled of dog hair. I applauded the owners for being part of a revival of the area but please be more realistic on value of what you are offering. 5 stars for the tavern though! And the wait staff were so friendly and nice. Great food! Creative cooking! Saving grace of our stay but realistically, room was overpriced and quite a letdown after the hip cool vibe of the website that drew us to stay there. Outbuildings, fire pit, barn are spot on and a great place to hang out or have an event. Breakfast offerings were a little weak. Stale muffins and yogurt. All in all I can’t highly recommend at these prices.

A place to come and relax we serve a very hearty breakfast to get your day started. The Beaverkill River is located in the backyard so those of you who would like to fish no traveling needed. Close to shopping, hiking, bike riding, etc. Enjoy your stay!!

Reviewed By Pchee72What a lovely place. We attended a family wedding. The venue was perfect. Although it was a rainy day the large windows overlooking the falls provided a perfectly beautiful place for the wedding ceremony. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyable.
