This used to be one of my favourite places. However, lately the burgers are pre-cooked, unacceptable given the (fairly high) price. Sad that they cannot keep quality in the pursue of profit.Hi Gustavo,We can ensure you that we have never pre-cooked the burgers and we will never do it.The kitchen is open and as any customer you can see that we cook everything in the moment.Could you send us an email at [email protected] to organize a visit in our kitchens?All the best

I think "El Rincon Del Lago" restaurant is beautiful because it has trees, plants, flowers, grass, etc. It's nice, cheap and very good that's awesome. Great service and attention, I would return again and again.
