Reviewed By rhiannahughesI don’t know if it’s because I’ve been living at an extremely remote Puesto in the middle of no where with no amenities, but this hostal is perfect. Clean, neat, well designed, friendly atmosphere, everything you could need for cooking, lots of free things to help create meals tasty (garlic, oil, etc), nice breakfast, free tea and coffee, the hosts are so nice and very helpful, and the location is great. The only improvement would be a shampoo dispenser in the showers but that’s me being so picky. I love it, and I’d definitely revisit.

Hostel Entre Vientos start operation in january 2015 to be a new and the best possibility for backpacker. Accommodation. We have a very confortable living room, with Tv and games, a big and complete kitchen for our guest. We are located in the shore of Magellan Strate with a very nice view from second floor. We have good tourist information of Patagonia. We are near from Zona Franca, down town is at 1.200 mts from hostel. We have shared room of 6 and 10 beds and private rooms of 4 and 6 beds with berths and shared bathrooms and twin and triple room with private bathrooms.

The staff had Some difficult to not charge the IVA, but at the end it worked. Impossible to check in early than 15h. We tried even paying but was not possible.

Reviewed By rtw123This is a great little motel/hostel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable (especially for a small budget hotel). There's a great kitchen that you can use to cook and there is a very adequate breakfast that will set you up for a good long day ahead. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By 773erickwI can only confirm all the highly positive reviews. I really enjoyed my stay there and Beatriz, the owner, is an exceptional host. Her staff too. I loved everything from the very comfortable bed, the great shower, the breakfast to the location and, above all, the professionalism and customer care of Beatriz and her crew. Everything perfectly clean. Everything perfectly organized. Everything working perfectly. For the guests to fully enjoy their stay. Being (pre)diabetic I try to avoid sugar as much as possible and Beatriz kindly provided me with sugar low resp. sugar free items for the breakfast. By the way I found the breakfast items to be all of excellent quality. Location wise it is an easy 5 to 10 minutes quick walk to the main bus station (rodoviario) and a 10 to 15 minutes to the main part of Puerto Natales with plenty of restaurants and shops. The location itself is super quiet which is essential for a good sleep. For me at least. And as I mentioned the bed is super comfy :) So in summary a great place I can only very warmly recommend and I cannot say enough good things about Beatriz. She really cares and will make sure your experience in Puerto Natales Patagonia will be a perfect one.

Casa Cecilia form 1992 "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" Here you will find a lot of information , tickts, boat trips, tours ,etc. We have very clean roons wit private and shared bath , you will have free acces to kitchen fscilities, custody of lugagge,internet,wi-fi. In our agency you will find all excursions around by bus or by boat , public bus,treking equipment to rent and a lot of information around,We speak Spanish -English- German -a Little french.

Reviewed By 782TomPLocation was perfect and allowed access to the waterfront walk. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Good WIFI. Werner was an excellent host and helpful with Torres DEL Paine information. Nice breakfast with fried eggs in the morning. We would definitely come back again!

Reviewed By 590ericaMy wife and I finished our W Trek and stayed at this location for 2 evenings and without a doubt, this location is one of the most beautiful, down-to-earth and idyllic places I've ever stayed. In our worldly travels we have purposefully avoided major brand hotels or "inclusive" resorts as they isolate you from the beauty and realism of the place you're visiting...but not this place! The Rio Serrano and the backdrop of the mountains were like a watercolor painting, and the accommodations included separate carriage-style houses with wood-burning stoves, roaming cattle and amenities that really feed the soul. The host was exceptional and kind. He will build you a fire, fix a flat tire and cook you a BBQ dinner with a smile and kindness that would put hospitality majors to shame. Forget the Torres Lodge and overpriced accommodations with lackluster feeling and vibe, this place blows it out of the water. My only regret was having to leave, heck, the first thing my wife and I did upon leaving was googling "property for sale" and "how can a foreigner buy land in Rio Serrano." THAT's how cool this place was! 6/5 STARS!

The owner Juan makes the hostel feels like a home & a great place to relax before & after the hard hiking. They used to work in the park so has all the knowledge in the world. Free breakfast is awesome. Really clean & comfortable beds w charging stations. Would definitely go out of our ways to come back & visit if we are in Patagonia again.
