We visited for lunch and ordered the wonton soup (chicken and shrimp wontons rather than the usual pork) and Tom Kha soup which offered a choice of chicken, tofu, veggies or shrimp. I expected a small cup, but was presented with quite a large portion. The wonton soup was different from what we have had in Thai restaurants, but it was good. The Tom Kha was excellent! Our main course was Shrimp Panang and Pad Se-ew with chicken. The portions were huge, and we each took half home. If I lived in Norfolk, this would be a "go-to" place to visit.

Went for a special dinner with my sweetie and had a great experience. The service is supper fast and courteous. Food quality was from good to excellent. Tuna sushi was especially good. Love the decor. Great price for an all you can eat sushi place.

Yes We served authentic Thai dish such as Basil stir fried, Padthai Noodles as well as Curries, and much much more at Sawasdee Thai Cuisine, Norfolk VA
I don't know why this place isn't packed but it is the best Thai food I've ever had. It is not your run of the mill generate mega amounts of food place. My meal was individually cooked and seasoned to perfection, had appetizers and they were great also. Went with three others and they were happy too.The folks who run this place are professional, excellent and kind. I have read other reviews and am glad that I went there. If I'm in the area again, I will make a Bee line for it.

We were looking for chiense/asian food for dinner and felt like trying something new. We tried Ya Ya are glad we did. We ordered the Triple Delight with Fried Rice and the Shrimp Lo Mein. All there were very good and we would order them again. There is not much parking around the restaurant, but there seems to be parking garages close by.

We wanted Japanese food, and went off the recommendations of TripAdvisor. Kotobuki was a great find. The owner waited on us, and was very friendly. We tried the dueling dragon, king cobra, and a salmon avocado rolls - all were delicious. My kids love the yakisoba, spring rolls, edamame, and gyoza. This family of five's bill came to just under $100, which I'd say was consistent with the quality and customer service. We are very happy, and will gladly visit again when next we find ourselves in Norfolk. Thanks Kotobuki! Peace, love, and sushi! â¤ï¸

Really creative dishes. Good presentation. Wait staff isn't working as a team. This is their biggest weakness. Too bad, because the dishes are really good. Management needs to take everyone to an outing that will help them with team building. Come on guys, don't work against each other, work together so that your new customers want to come back instead of relying upon the same old customers. Hi Powell, Thanks for giving us a try a couple days ago and for your feed back. My husband and I just took over the restaurant about a month ago and we agree that service can be a weak point, but we are working on it! Please check back with us again in the future, I believe you'll have a better experience.
