I am a frequent customer of Mister Lau's Hong Kong Express.He provides excellent food for a reasonable price!Must try the Black pepper beef and Chef special Chicken together with fried rice.He is from Hong Kong but stayed in Switzerland from a long time so the taste is quite authentic

Located in central Saint-Maurice, the restaurant is easily accessible, with parking lots just in front or further down the road. Lunch time can be busy, but booking in advance is not necessary, as they have ample room to accomodate more than 50 people. It's a classic Chinese / Thai restaurant offering a variety of typical dishes and the classic drinks. I've been there twice and only opted for the menu of the day, which includes a small starter and the main dish (15-17 SFr.) and is readily served. Service is fast and courteous and the ambiance is quiet (although a bit dry, some background music wouldn't do harm).

After the accidental death of the previous dynamic owner Dave from Australia the Cookie restaurants story continues now with Max, originally from New York, and his chef Frederic. Judging our first dinner it looks quite promising. Quite interesting menu from which we chose as starters a curry crab and a lentil salad. The curry crab with pasta was spicey and delicious. It would even make a great main dish if a slightly bigger portion. The lentil salad was equally good. Ostrich steak as main dish. A bit too red whilst I ordered medium, the meat was good. Very good and ample sauce. As well as a side of mousseline with mushrooms. The wine list is interesting and reasonably priced. As are the dishes. Good coffee. The restaurant is still the same and cosy as before. Service is very friendly and efficient. Great food and ambiance.

Would have loved to order a la carte or even possibly dine in. Yet was clearly a take out only place. If you order in advance you can get exactly what you want. Yet, being limited to the pre-made packages didn't feel very inspiring. Lighting was dull and ambience inside not very inviting. Taste was ok.

Had dinner there a couple of days ago. The owners (couple) where all the time there to serve us in every possible way. Food was excellent. It was really a wonderful experience and i suggest to everyone in the the area to visit the place.
