Nous n'avions pas réservé, mais nous avons été accueillis et pris en charge avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Chaque membre de cet équipage veille avec bienveillance sur sa clientèle. Nous avons eu un brunch "maison", préparé avec soin sous nos yeux... Le muffin avec son oeuf et sa sauce hollandaise : miam ! Dégusté avec un petit verre de vin banc excellent. Nous recommandons cette jolie adresse !

It is one of the few hotels in that beautiful area of Rolle / Lake Geneva. After a long period of closed doors the Restaurant reopened recently. Young staff tries hard to make you feel good. Choose to be in the "bistro/Resto" part or in the "upper class part" with white table cloth - makes no difference to the food.Thank you for your feed back which motivates our whole staff. We look forward to welcoming you again, maybe on our beautiful terrace ?

I still have not eaten here but have visited on many occasions for a glass or several of wine. Owner, although appearing a little reserved possibly, is always welcoming and attentive. Pity it is not better patronized - it has always been quiet when I have visited - a few more customers would lift the ambiance and make for a better chance of this bar surviving - although i would think survival of many a business in Rolle high street will be an achievement given the roadworks that seem to have been going on for a month of Sundays! Be brave, park in the chateau car park and walk a hundred metres to support this very pleasant little enterprise.

We had 3 days here in the house in back for a business meeting. Wifi was great. The views were incredible and we ended a night with a tour and cheese fondue. The food here is fantastic. Would highly recommend this to others.
