Stopped in for dinner while spending one night in Bartonsville. One of the better LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants in which we have had the pleasure of dining. Friendly and engaging staff, a clean atmosphere, and really good food. We enjoyed the salmon with broccoli and asparagus sides, and a NY Strip with the grilled corn on the cob. Love the warm bread, loved the salad, and loved our meals. My only disappointment, and this is slight, is the amount of salt used on the NY Strip. Other than that, all was perfect.

Not sure if it was because of the Labor Day holiday but we gave this place s trial run. Food was so so. They didnât really let us know that they offered flights of beer from their list of beers. Place was loud and busy. Food was okay but nothing spectacular. we will give it another try when itâs not quite so busy.LBIBlonde1,Thanks for giving us a try. As a brewery distillery your server should have given you the "heads-up" we do flights of beer and flights of our spirits! (We should do flights of our spirits - let me look into that one) Busy is good - loud - yup an acoustical challenges that at least for a month (Hundreds of Halloween decorations are up) will be a little better. Have had acoustic panels on the list for a while and this review just bumped it up. Try the smoked Prime Rib or Smoked Meatloaf. Our daily specials are fun as well. We are regulars here, as the meals are always good. The salad is plentiful, crispy and fresh. The rolls are the best in the area. Our steaks are always cooked exactly as we ordered.The service here is great. However, all of the singing and dancing is annoying, but does not prevent us from returning.They also have a steak night, $9.99 for an 8 oz. sirloin, just great. The beer is ice cold too!!!

Our family had a delicious meal at Garlic. The bacon wrapped scallops, wedge salad, and pear salad were all incredible. We had two cuts of meat - filet and tenderloin - plus a lobster tail, whipped potatoes, asparagus, and lobster Mac n cheese. All were wonderfully prepared. The service was top notch. *The only thing to be aware of is that wine by the bottle is extremely pricey...there wasnât a bottle of Cabernet or Pinot Noir under $65. We brought our own wine in and even with the $30 corkage fee it was total cost less than anything the restaurant had.

A total surprise, as my wife picked this destination based on the associated hotel/resort. We had no clear idea that the facility included such an outstanding restaurant.I dislike the use of all caps in any message, but did so here for a specific reason. Key Lime pie is my favorite desert. I've had it hundreds of times all over the US and in the Caribbean, but never this good. The graham cracker crust was thin and perfectly made. Too often, the crust is thick and heavy, as though it is the primary part of the pie. More importantly, the filling was light and just a bit more tart than most versions I've had. Again, the baker often makes the filling too sweet or lacking in enough tartness. This was perfect.And the very light whipped cream was a final grace note, not a smothering mass. I would return, just to have this pie.Life is short, have desert first.This doesn't mean we didn't enjoy our main courses. I had a dry aged sirloin grilled expertly and full of flavor. I also had a special of the day, lightly breaded asparagus. It was a great start to my meal. My wife had roasted chicken, which she thought was very good.For all of the positivity in this review, I have to wonder why we only got a 4 out of 5??The key lime pie is one of our specialty desserts! To hear that you have had Key Lime Pie all over the US and Caribbean, and say ours is the best?! That is awesome!! I'm so happy to hear that, and I will be sure to tell our baker! She will be glad to hear that. I am also glad to hear that you enjoyed your main course. I hope to see you again when you visit the Poconos!
