We are a from-scratch kitchen with a contemporary twist on southwestern cuisine. Our menu is 80% gluten free with many unique options from tacos to seafood specialties. We are known for our house-infused tequilas in our signature margaritas. Our Muy Macho
The restaurant sits below the Fort Collins art museum, in the basement level. However, itâs a very pleasant, light, and nicely decorated space. We opted for a light lunch, including a seafood soup and some tacos. The flavors were delicious. Service was excellent, and prices were very fair considering the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

Located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, the Rio holds the past, present, and future of delicious Mexican food, famous margaritas, and drinks. Locally owned and featuring what many say is the best patio in Old Town, the Fort Collins Rio has long had
2 Stars for the food, 5 for the staff. The staff and servers were exceptional! The food was bland and truly lacked flavor. I ordered the vegetarian tortilla soup and it was disappointing. I also had a Rio salad which was good but the house dressing wasnât. My husband had the chicken enchiladas black beans and rice, and his description of his meal was âadequateâ. We were both a bit let down but perhaps we ordered incorrectly?

Ate a late lunch here. Had the 2 taco plate with a chicken taco and a beef taco, mexican rice, and beans. Food was very good. Portions were normal sized. Lots of families, adults, kids were there. Lots of drinking was going on too. Prices were good.

If you are ever anywhere near Fort Collins, CO, eat at Big City Burrito. Today was my first visit there, and even though they were very busy, they were patient with me while explaining the choices. The chicken mole potato burrito was the best burrito Iâve ever had. Order the super size and save the rest for lunch. Or eat the whole thing and go back for lunch! I plan to go back again before heading back home. DELICIOUS!!

We celebrate humanity. We celebrate individuality. We celebrate relationships and connections. And most importantly we celebrate every human's need for tasty food, stiff drinks and good times. Well, maybe it's not a need, but it's certainly a want. Either
Ordered 3 tacos, 2 drinks, 1 burrito, chips/salsa, and a small rice with chicken. Total price $28. Friendly service with barely anyone here on a Saturday early afternoon.
