Great value resort in the country
Reviewed By Francisca HWe stayed here for two nights. Our room overlooked grassland with horses. Very peaceful and beautiful scenery amongst the vineyards. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and everything you would need. The restaurant on site did breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great service and delicious meals. The resort was close to most of the wineries and there was also a walking track, swimming pool and tennis court. They also had wine tasting at this resort. Their is a laundry on site as well as a library.

Reviewed By Vicki-Malone1My daughter and I enjoyed a two night stay. We were recommended to book a Vineyard Room and the view and privacy were worth it. It was not busy during the week so the adjoining two rooms were not occupied, consequently it was very quiet. Despite what some reviewers have said, we found the bed extremely comfortable and the room is a good size. The staff were all very helpful, both in the restaurant and at reception. The lighting around the hotel could be improved, that would be my suggestion. Good location for visiting the surrounding vineyards.

Staff organised a fantastic wine tour for our group to beautiful wineries, Peacock Hill was our favourite. Highly recommend to stay here, has everything you need & close to everything

Reviewed By AnneW131We stayed here several years ago and loved the tranquility. It is quite remote, however, that’s the appeal. Great lodge and bottle of French champagne and chocolates on arrival. The restaurant was closed, which was the only disappointment. We will definitely return.

Reviewed By eringK4662RCThe Pokolbin Village offers something for everyone. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay a very personalised experience. There is so much variety on offer in regards to the accommodation which we found to be clean and filled with everything you will need and then some for a comfortable stay. You will find this location hard to beat. The Village Shops have everything you need. You will want for nothing and like us wonder why you left the property when it was all right there on our doorstep or just a 5 minute walk to neighbouring businesses. I won't be staying anywhere else when I return to this beautiful location in the hunter valley
