I ordered Brussels sprouts with no bacon , among other things, and insisted on no bacon at the time of ordering and when I picked up the food. However, when we were having dinner at home at some point in time the Brussels sprouts tasted weird and we found out that it contained some bacon. I am not sure if I can trust the chef again and order here. When I called the restaurant the main thing the manager Amy was focused on is giving me a refund as opposed to making sure this does not happen again. Otherwise, the rest of the order was fine.

I had the meatloaf meal with a garden salad and vegetables of the day. The meatloaf had beef, chorizo sausage and applewood bacon. It was delicious and reasonably priced. The server was great. Very nice location with plenty of parking and outside seating. We did not, however, sit outside as it was quite chilly.

The staff and managers at Karl Strauss are some of the best of all of their breweries. 4S Ranch has amazing food and appetizers. The managers at present are Nick, Blaine, Josh and sometimes Jennie. The bar tenders are very professional and nice. I highly recommend 4S Ranch Karl Strauss.

Buffalo blue sandwich the heat built up while eating it. I ordered it crispy with cole slaw. The fish and chips with fries were in a beer batter. Very large fish peices, 3 come in a serving. Service was fast and no waiting to be seated on an Wednesday night. Plenty of TVs with sports on.

Neat sport bar around rancho Bernardo, especially when not many sports bar around. Good selection of beers and other spirits. Nice food, not so great, but goes well with beer.Good options to play here, shuffle board and billiards table.Friendly bartenders, very nice to local people. Happy hour is value for money.Management could do better job, they need to save this business and be more lively
