From freshly baked bread to freshly baked pastries, this restaurant is very very good. We came here with a large group, and they had a lovely buffet set out for us including a pasta Primavera and four different kinds of sandwiches. Theyâre fresh ham sandwich was excellent, as was the pasta Primavera. Service was very good, especially considering we were group of 28. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Little oven pizza is probably the newest pizza place in Merced and right on Main Street downtown. It has been open for more than a year and has a huge fan club. Their claim to fame is that they claim to make authentic New York Style pizza. One size (18 inches) or by the slice. The have "red," "white" or "tomato pizza and just one type of crust that is perfect! Very few choices of add on ingredients, but all local.I tried the Brooklyn's best, a white pizza. It is ricotta cheese and caramelized onions. After it was baked, it was generously sprinkled with fresh basil.Wow.I can see why so many people rave about Little oven.

The front desk of our hotel recommended Mountain Mike's and even gave us some coupons. We ordered a large pizza and some wings. The food was delivered hot and within a half an hour. No kidding...the food was steaming hot and we had to let it set a bit before we could eat it! The smell was so good and made us even more hungry after a long day on the road!We bit into the pizza and our taste buds went into overdrive crying for more! The large pizza is so plentiful that we have enough left over for lunch tomorrow on the road! That makes the reasonable price even more attractive...two meals for the price of one!Thanks, Mountain Mike's! If we're ever through this area again, we know where we are eating!

I wasn't too impressed with the buffet. The pizza was not very fresh. I did like the cinnamon bread and garlic bread. The cashier seemed to have a hard time applying my coupon. The restaurant was clean.

Great experience - online ordering was efficient and with great variety. Order of 2 pizzas (one meat & one veggie) were ready on-time and tasted great. Reasonable prices.
