The pizza was wonderful. It is a walkup counter where you order and then find a seat at a sit-down counter or a booth and wait for your order to come. They specialize in take-out and delivery, so the diner part is almost an afterthought. Glad they had that afterthought as it gave us an opportunity to enjoy a really good Italian style pizza. The spices were dead on as were the toppings. Good mix of fresh veggies and meat on a thin crust. Two guys shared a large and it was just the right amount of food for a meal. Beer that went with it was also just right.Would go back anytime to order any of their pizzas.

Plain rude personell, haven't seen anything like this in many years everyone, waitresses, bartender, just didn't know how to behave themselves. After waiting for 10 minutes for the menu and giving the waitresses the looks I went to the bar and asked for menu myself. The answer was actually, here the girls bring the menu. Bartender asho had an attitude! After cathing the wait staff 3 times and asking for menu we werre granted the menu 15 minutes later. The prices are on par with riga center, and though the portions are generous and the food is ok, nothing justifies what one has to come trough to get it. Atmosphere is non existant because half the clientelle are students, other are families with kids, so the wait was the longest 50 minutes in my life. Never again. Thank you, Jelgava, still the worst town to visit in Latvija.

Poor service, girls are rude and they doesn't respect no one. If you ask about something they will angry look at you. So at the last time we ordered food, we waited about 30 minutes, drinks 've been served after food... Soo... Very sad, because 5 years ago Cili Pica had a good reputation, but now every meal looks very cheap and taste is nothing similar from the past Cili Pica.

Alltought, we had to wait quite a while to get our order, the portions were big and well made. Hot potato and chicken salad might as well be main course, by size of dish, potato pancakes were delicious, burger meat could be cooked a few minutes longer and was missing juiciness.
