I did takeaway from here as I was staying in the hotel above. Friendly and efficient service, reasonable prices for the portions, but most importantly, FANTASTIC Japanese. We love Japanese food and eat it regularly, going far afield for good cuisine. Everything I got was good, and I tried the chilli edamame, karage chicken, lotus root chips, chicken gyoza, and agadashi tofu. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely appalling service! Staff members replenished the drinks in the fridge, grabbed a can opened it, drink is warm .Told them about it, the say "sorry we just put new drinks in you need to get the ones behind" so I grab another, open it, began to drink she then comes over demanding I pay again!

Blink and you miss this quaint new jap place. Original menu of sorts but avoid Wagu beef bento, it tasted & looked like shaved kebab meat, the other bentos were nice. Traditional jap music BUT please turn down to background vocalised sound level it became overwnelming to the point of annoying.

I love ramen, so this place is excellent! Delicious Japanese food for a reasonable price.Food: Excellent, great range of choice also, quick once you orderService: Professional and friendlyAtmosphere: ReasonablePrice: ReasonableCleanliness: GoodOnly things for improvement would be their dessert options which are very limited. When I was there they had no mochi which comprised half their limited dessert options.

Came to dinner here recommended by a friend. Enjoyed the atmosphere - it felt like I was back in Japan (maybe because of atmospheric lighting!) There is a downstairs and upstairs seating area. We received good attentive service. Received our orders quite quickly - we tried a range of dishes from their menu and all seemed decent.
