Great service and value for money
Reviewed By jackief271We always stay here when driving from UK to Spain which we do twice a year when COVID allows. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and lovely snug duvets with crisp white cotton covers. The receptionist Jeremie is extremely helpful and also speaks better English than my attempt at French. Definitely recommend staying here.

Unpleasant experience overall
Reviewed By Olaf1965We had some problems at our stay , which was denied by the reception/owner who ridiculiseren us. Also parking is not private, night security of parking is leaves doubts. The advertised EV charging facility is overstated: it is not the hotel’s own and not accessible in case of late arrival. Nor for overnight charging. Strong chemical odor in room and hotel, sleeping quality mediocre. In spite of the rather good breakfast in this hotel segment, Not a place to return.

Reviewed By F2882EMjasonkEen prachtige private villa ,nagelnieuw met buitenzwembad en groot overdekt terras, dit alles beheerd door een lieve dame met een zeer deftig taalgebruik , die ook zorgt voor een heerlijk ontbijt met veel keuze, het interieur is licht afrikaans ingericht en met een volledig afgesloten parking die ook beveiligd is , op iedere slaapkamer is er een groot balkon waarop u gemakkelijk toegang heeft , alles is zeer netjes , en de dame des huizes is er steeds om u te woord te staan als u vragen heeft .

Réservation Covid 2020 Jérôme Gaillard Montreuil -Bellay
Reviewed By 972j_r_megJe ne ferai pas de commentaire sur les lieux vu que nous n'avons pu y aller pour cause de Covid. Nous avons fait en Janvier 2020 une réservation au Clos du Pavé en envoyant un chèque de réservation d'un montant de 122€. Pas de chance la Covid est passée par là et nous n'avons pu honorer cette réservation. Depuis peu nous avons constaté que ce chèque a été encaissé par le propriétaire des lieux. Coups de téléphones ou le proprio a fini par nous raccrocher au nez etc... Refus de nous rembourser. Entre temps la banque nous a fourni copie du chèque ou la date d'émission est passé de Janvier à Juillet. L'affaire va mériter un petit tour à St Doulchard et à suivre une plainte si on ne trouve pas de terrain d'entente... En un mot je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
