Great potential and clean
Reviewed By Magen KWe came to this hotel after having to leave a different hotel because it was so disgusting. Not only did they accommodate request for a VERY clean room but also located us near the exit as asked. The front desk even gave us a free upgrade from king to king suite. There are some concerns though, mostly having to do with maintenance of the hotel. Grounds look great but windows need to be redone. The outer door was broken and didn't lock. Then our room, very close to exit, had some lock issues too. The deadbolt was the only one that worked leaving us a little insecure. Also, on our second to last night there was a fire alarm at about 5am. There were no flashing lights or direction. We stayed outside until someone said we could go back in but didn't explain what happened

Rude Front Desk Staff that can't communicate
Reviewed By martyw833I stayed just one night in May 2022. Took 25+ minutes to check in. Once the front desk person (Barb) got off the phone for what seemed a personal call, she started checking me in. I have good hearing, and I could barely hear her speaking. Told her I was only staying one night instead of the two on the reservation. After spending 15 minutes on the computer, I eventually learned she was trying to refund me my points from my second night I was canceling. Oh...that would have been nice to know. Eventually she called my room to tell me I'd have to call Hilton to resolve the points. She was rather rude on the phone. After calling Hilton two days later, they opened a case file. A month later as I'm writing this (8 June), I still didn't have my points for the second night returned. I called Hilton again and they said it was because the hotel there (Richfield) still hadn't resolved what they needed to do on their end. Unbelievable.

Reviewed By tahoe100110I was really worried upon reading the reviews on staying the night at this hotel but we still gave it a shot. First off our room was clean elevator is working. We were placed on the 4th floor did ask for more coffee as my husband and I drink regular coffee not decaf and was accommodated with that at the desk. Breakfast on Sunday was scrambled eggs, turkey sausage,biscuit/ gravy, l/bagels options, cereal, greek yogurt, hardboiled eggs,milk, butter, jelly and cream cheese. Apple, passion fruit, orange juices, hot chocolate tea and coffee. Monday more it was cheese omelet and bacon with all the additional ones I listed above. It was a very nice stay and we had no issues with anything.

The floor left my feet black, there was residue on all the surfaces, the sheets were not clean (hair and dirt among them and a dirty shard of plastic or glass, the tub drain had standing water and thus a resident beetle was living there when I arrived). The "non-smoking" room reeked of stale smoke and an overpowering flowery perfume, likely used in an attempt to cover it up. The bathroom door didn't fit the door frame and there was a hole instead of a doorknob and you just had to wedge it shut. The clear focus was on long stay residents with seemingly no quiet hours whatsoever as there were children running laps back and forth directly in front of the rooms and yelling from 10pm-midnight without stopping and then adults yelling to each other outside on at least an hourly basis for the rest of the night. I don't expect much in terms of amenities for these kinds of prices, but I do expect a basic level of cleanliness and this place did not deliver.
