Reviewed By Sue SSo glad I stayed here last week. Its 10 minutes further to work than where I stayed previously, but well worth the extra distance. I just wish the breakfast hours were earlier in the morning during the week. Texas Biergarten restaurant is not too far away and had great beer, food and service.

Downfall of a once good hotel
Reviewed By 953markuscI was back at this place after two years of the pandameic. Before that I stayed there at least once a year since 2014. So far I was always happy with the place. This time, it was noticable how the pandamic led to a downfall. Room was clean but not as good as before (cutting corners on skilled staff?). The breakfast was the same every day. No change. As a HHonors member I was not noticed or greeted as such during check in nor check out. I was also not asked about my stay during checkout. Not a single point of interest from the staff. Manager was also not present. Very disappointing experience.

Reviewed By X7186PEannmNearly everything is broken; everything is old & worn; cockroaches in the bathroom every day; mildew in the bathroom; piles & bags of trash & garbage in the hallways & blocking doors while the staff texts on their phones nearby; employees fighting; employees doing their laundry with hotel laundry; cockroaches in the stairwells; worst continental breakfast ever; workmen & others smoking in the elevator & non-smoking room (the whole place states it is smoking-free - what a joke!); hand sanitizer stations empty or broken; takes days to get problems rectified.
