The Best Customer Service and Spa Room We've ever had!
Reviewed By Dream680545First, let me say that we've never stayed here before. We came and stayed here for my niece's wedding at the local golf course. We arrived a day early and I had requested a spa tub room. To begin with the room was fabulous. It was CLEAN and regularly maintained you could tell. The spa tub was to die for. The bed had a mattress I loved it was so comfortable and the pillows were sent from heaven. I asked if I could get the address where they got the pillows and they let me buy two of them from them. The customer service was better than any customer service I've ever had my entire life and I'm going on 62. My entire family stayed for the duration of the wedding, but my husband and I arrived early and left a few days after the family. We loved the hotel and service so much we are coming back for our 30 year anniversary on July 11, 2022. This will always be our go to place for a getaway just my husband and I. It is fabulous. I can't say enough about it. The customer service was what stands out even beyond all the other fabulous things the hotel offers. It is just above and beyond any of the others. I love this place every day and every minute. May God have mercy on us. No one paid us to say these things and the hotel workers were above and beyond when it comes to service. I mean you cannot find any better service anywhere.

This includes the following: Guest Rooms: We are using cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators (and elevator buttons), door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys. Back of House: In the spaces where associates work “behind the scenes,” we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, laundry rooms and staff offices. Reviewed By U610DMnickwWe didn’t get to our hotel until about 3 am and my first concern was that they may have given up our room even though I had called to let them know I would be coming in late. When I called I didn’t realize it would be this late. The No Vacancy sign on the door didn’t help my apprehension. But, the night manager had kept it for us, so we were good to go. I upgraded the rating by one star for him. The room was average and needs some updating. It had a slight musty smell. For a Comfort Inn it was a little disappointing. The towels were rough, small and not very absorbent

Reviewed By DJSTX51This Best Western property was disappointing. Outdated, maintainance issues, furniture stacked and stored in the closet with a broken light. Poor selection of items for breakfast. I hope that BW will take the time to review their listing of this property.
