Reviewed By rjrobbinWe stayed here four nights. Everything about this stay was perfect. The balcony room faced the lake was large and comfortable. The complimentary mini fridge was restocked each day. The breakfast was the best with many choices including omelettes if desired. We ate in the restaurant one night. Service and the meal were very good. Overall, a very nice way to start our stay in Switzerland

Reviewed By semagoraWe came with a very large group and were totally satisfied with the City Hotel. The location is very good, rooms are impeccably clean and the staff with always friendly. A small remark to the restaurant: we missed veggies and salad with the menus.

It is in a great location, close to the wharf, in Brunnen, a short ferry ride from Lucerne. The ferry ride on the lake is spectacular, and staying the night is worth it, just to wake up in this beautiful location. The hotel is located directly across the street from the 'Victorinox" Swiss Army shop (where my husband was like a kid in a candy store), and we assembled our own Swiss Army Knives and had them engraved. The hotel staff were so helpful and gave us a huge room, which had all of the facilities I needed as a disabled person in a wheelchair. The staff also helped us confirm my Swiss Rail train boarding assistance by phoning SSB to speak with them in Swiss. Thank you for a great stay at your hotel.
