Reviewed By wesleydohertyThis hotel is rated very highly would easily return, firstly the negatives are on a few occasions the meat was not cooked properly all the way through, also communication is an issue if you cannot speak Spanish as the hotel is majority of Spanish, our holiday rep was no where to be seen in the 7 nights we stayed here, who could of helped us out with the language barrier but they where the only issues other than that, the hotel was in a good place facing the beach and positioned so all views where sea view and the interior of the hotel was immaculate with a water feature that catches the eye, food was very good, service was also very good, the rooms nice and big, receptionists where a good help and tried there best to help in every way they could despite the language barrier

Nice hotel let down by rude staff
Reviewed By DevineVisionThis was our 3rd visit to this hotel- rooms and location are great- and each time we have been before we have commented on how rude the staff are but go back because of the golf and rooms. However this years visit will be our last- the staff really are rude, in the bars- restaurant and club house.! The male front desk staff are particularly rude . The exceptions to this rudeness are the lady who works in the golf shop and the ladies who clean the rooms.They we’re the friendliest people onsite. The hotel buffet breakfast is ok- but dinner is poor and better off not going half board. The solarium on the 4th floor has a pool which is out of service- which is disappointing as was one of its key attractions. Such a shame that a beautiful hotel does understand how important it is for their customers to feel valued- I work hard to earn the money for my holidays and do not expect to be treated so appallingly by people who should be proficient in customer service. We did try and speak to a manager to complain but we’re told there was no manager on duty for 4 days? To be honest by the then we didn’t bother

Reviewed By tarafiedThis hotel is right on the beach and convenient to restaurant and a grocery store. The rooms are spacious and the views are great. Everything was clean and the A/c worked great. There are elevators to the upper floors and they worked well. A couple complaints though- No soap provided in the bathrooms whatsoever. Some of the beds are old and uncomfortable. We weren't always able to get hot water in the showers. Also, entering and exiting the property is difficult if you have any physical disabilities. You must pass a steep incline. And there is only the one entry/exit point for pedestrians. We thought we would be able to enter to the beach through the rear of the property but there is no access there. Overall it's a nice place to stay if you can overlook a few minor issues.

Enorme y calentita piscina
Reviewed By loly fEl apartamento está bastante bien, limpio y sin demasiado ruido, vale que en septiembre no hay mucha gente pero aún así diria que no hay excesivo ruido. A la llegada tuve un pequeño percance, pues pedí check out para las 9 de la noche, me lo concedieron en Booking, pero la chica del apartamento no sabía nada y tuvo que preguntar, dos días para darme confirmación, lo malo es que yo tenía los planes echos con antelación y ya me descuadraba un poco ,al final me lo concedieron ,descanso y Buenos largos en la piscina

Para no repetir abtenerse de ir personas minusválidas
Reviewed By AtuseEstuvimos la segunda semana de septiembre y la verdad que nos decepcionó bastante. En primer lugar nos dijeron antes de reservar que el apartamento estaba adaptado para minusválidos lo cual es mentira porque al entrar al bloque ahí 3 escalones. Lo cual mi madre es minusválida y le costaba muchísimo entrar y salir. El ascensor es súper pequeño tanto que no entra una silla de ruedas abierta. Mas complicaciones para personas minusválidas. Me sorprende que digan que estan adaptados para minusválidos. El apartamento super sucio muchas pelusas y mucho polvo. La cocina super pequeña y con muy poco menaje pocos cuchillos sin tabla sin tijeras sin paños de cocina etc.…. El lavadero no sirve para nada pues esta allí li la máquina exterior del aire acondicionado y es un auténtico horno no se puede estar allí ni un minuto. El sofa cama es como si duermes en una roca super duro tanto para estar sentado como para dormir. Cuando entramos en el apartamento la nevera no funcionaba llegamos del supermercado con helados y hielos y se derritieron y lo tuvimos que ie tirar. Nos tuvieron un dia entero sin nevera en nuestro apartamento. La solución que nos dieron fue llevar todos los alimentos a otro apartamento que si le funcionaba la nevera y estuvimos todo el dia teniendo que ir al otro apartamento cada vez que queríamos consumir algo de la nevera. Muy mala experiencia lo único que valió la pena fue la tranquilidad del sitio y las vistas.
